We have been coming to the Aschauer family for many years. The apartments have a great view, are very nice, modern but still typically Bavarian furnished and impeccably clean!The Aschauer family is incredibly nice and helpful. Always available for questions etc.It's now like we're coming "home" to our second home when we spend our vacation there every year.The location of the house is perfect. Close to the center of Ramsau, but still located directly next to an alpaca paddock and the forest. In 2 minutes you can reach the Hochkalter massif on a hiking trail from the house.Thank you very much, Andrea, for your warmth and willingness to help when I forgot something at home.We look forward to our next vacation with you!!

Unfortunately I can't agree with the positive reviews here.The reception was friendly.When we entered the apartment it smelled a bit musty. It was immediately explained to us that the faucet in the sink was dripping and that was why a cleaning cloth was spread out in the sink. Good. Happened. Craftsmen have a lot to do. This sometimes takes a little longer.Some of the furniture is as good as new. But some of them are really getting old. The bathroom has no window. Silverfish included. The silicone joints were old and looked accordingly.What I personally found worst was the disgusting, musty smell in the kitchen. The cause was quickly found. There was a horrible smell coming from the drain. A smell like this doesn't happen overnight. Nobody can tell me that they didn't smell the smell. At first we thought about letting you know. But since it must have been smelling for a while, we assumed that the landlords knew about it.

From the first moment we (3 adults, 1 child) felt very comfortable. The landlady is very nice and briefly explained everything we needed to know.Our apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you needed (especially the huge balcony was great).You will find many brochures about leisure activities and sights in the surrounding area.There is a small shop nearby for everyday use.The child could run around in the nearby playground while the adults found relaxation at the graduation tower.The leisure activities in the area are countless. Unfortunately we weren't able to visit everything in the 5 days.But we would love to come back.

Simply felt completely comfortable from the first moment. From the super friendly and accommodating landlady to the modernly furnished and very cozy apartment (with an outdoor sofa on the balcony!) and the convenient, large parking space to the central location in Ramsau (Near and Good grocery store in a few minutes, otherwise easily in ten , fifteen minutes to Berchtesgaden): Everything was perfect here! We would choose the holiday apartment again in a heartbeat - there is really plenty to experience in Berchtesgadener Land.

You can only join in! Our holiday apartment "Hintersee" turned out to be sparkling clean and comfortable. Extremely nice owner, everything you need to know was explained in a nutshell, there was plenty of information material about the area. An absolutely quiet place and a fair price. Tip: bring your own salt, pepper and scourer with you.

Very cozy, clean, beautiful and well-equipped apartment. Wonderful view from the balcony, parking spaces in front of the house, quiet yet centrally located. Here you can relax and have a great holiday. The landlords live downstairs in the house and are very helpful, friendly and always there for you. All in all, even nicer than expected.

In addition to a nice welcome from the hostess, we were completely impressed by the great facilities and the top modern holiday apartment with an 8m long balcony. You could end the day after a strenuous hike on the comfortable patio furniture. Everything was clean and well maintained! The hiking trail through the magic forest to Hintersee, as well as the route to the Blaueishütte and Schärtenalm, is just a few minutes' walk away. Down in the valley you can find everything you need: small shops, restaurants, butchers and bakeries. Gladly again!
