A very nicely located guest house. Very friendly, warm and familiar hosts. You immediately feel at home upon arrival. The view from the balcony is just great, as the pictures show. Everything very clean. The breakfast was rich and good. If you like Bavarian ambience and coziness, this is the right place for you. . We felt very comfortable all around. We can only recommend this house.

This house is incredibly charming.The landlady is a person of heart.The rooms were very clean and the view was fantastic.The breakfast is prepared with great attention to detail. (crocheted egg warmers)We went on a short vacation with our daughter to Mrs. Walch...and it was a lovely stay.Gladly again...Recommended!!!

It's a little too close to the street and they vacuum at 6 a.m. But the landlord was very nice and everything was very clean. Guest fridge also a great idea.

Haus Urban has a very beautiful landscape. Our hosts are very friendly. The breakfast is very extensive...I can only recommend everyone to spend their vacation here...

The Walch family caters to all your wishes and makes you feel very welcome.The rooms are always clean and tidy and the breakfast is extensive and delicious, you don't miss anything!We have stayed here several times and will do so again in the future.Thank you for that!

Very familiar accommodation and quite comfortable. Lovingly prepared breakfast and feel-good factor guaranteed. The rooms are a bit old fashioned but that definitely makes it even more authentic! Recommended 😊

Ms. Walch is very helpful and accommodating. A really nice hostess. Very loving when preparing the breakfast.Very well-kept rooms and Mrs. Walch takes care of the beds and everything else you need in the bathroom.Always nice when you come into the clean room after an eventful day. :)Before that, you can grab a drink of your choice from the fridge in the entrance area at absolutely fair prices.All in all a great guesthouse that I would recommend to everyone.We immediately felt very comfortable and will be coming back.Breakfast is really nicely prepared in the morning. That's half the battle for a beautiful day in Berchtesgadenener Land.

Very beautiful area, the view of the mountains here is phenomenal. Owners are warm and friendly. We recommend breakfast as there is, among other things, real juice. Tables are allocated to the guests, which we thought was nice.There is a refrigerator where every room has its own space. There are also various drinks there that you can take and then pay for when you leave.The only thing to note about the rooms is that there aren't enough power outlets (e.g. to charge phones) but most people will come here for hiking anyway.Importantly, anyone on the Vodafone network will only have EDGE, whereas Telefonica (O2) has 4G. But it has nothing to do with the guest house, just an indication of who the mobile reception is important to.Highly recommended for relaxing and enjoying the area
