We stayed at the hotel over the long weekend of November 1st. First praise to the staff. Everyone (reception, service in the restaurant, cleaners, lifeguards…everyone) was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are great too. Clean and spacious, the bathroom can be completely closed (contrary to some reviews). If you book a hotel/room by the river and then complain about nature sounds, you've done something wrong. For us, the room with a huge window overlooking the river and the town was great. When it was closed, it was completely quiet. Food: We were skeptical at first about the buffet, but were convinced after the first evening. Huge selection here, very good quality and everything neat. Someone is constantly checking the quantity, etc., and any special requests are addressed immediately. We can't understand the reviews about the prices for drinks. The prices are usual at normal restaurant levels. At many hotel bars it is significantly more expensive. So everything is great. All in all, 5 out of 5 stars for us. The thermal baths are good, but actually very well attended. You could also say too crowded. The fact that you as a hotel guest can get in 1 hour earlier ensures relaxation and is an added value. Not 100% suitable for relaxation and deceleration. Some other houses can do a little more. But then they cost twice as much. So in short: the negative recessions that previously unsettled us are incomprehensible to us. We would be happy to come back and would also be happy to recommend the hotel to friends.What you can really improve on are these access chips. We had to go to reception three times until everything worked out. Even though everyone was super friendly and helpful, the technology needs to be improved. Especially since the problem is known to everyone. But that's all. Otherwise keep it up! See you next time.

Since the hotel opened, I've been drinking in the hotel with friends almost every evening. The service was absolutely catastrophic apart from 1/2 waiters. Very unfriendly, very rip-off. Rude to me and my friends. Always very irritable and disrespectful. Every now and then people try to trick me by deceiving me with drinks that contain very little alcohol and still charge a very high price. I would like new staff. People with respect and good character traits.

A great hotel with its own access to the thermal baths. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Likewise the evening buffet. Simply outstanding. Whether soup, starters, main courses or desserts, everything is delicious. Definitely the wrong place if you want to lose weight 😂. Great staff who were always very attentive but never intrusive, but were always up for fun.

We were guests here for 5 days at the beginning of October. And here you can really feel like a guest. Every wish was taken care of!!! The breakfast and evening buffet fulfills all wishes and is of the highest quality. The swimming area is large, spacious and not overcrowded outside of the weekend. The bar and drink selection at dinner was very good. Other hotels in this category do not come close to this level. I admire the imagination of the 2-3 negative reviewers, what else they can find to criticize, what creativity to live out their ego. We had nothing to complain about and have already booked again for next year. Thank you for 5 great days!!

A great and cozy hotel with friendly service and high-quality facilities. The kitchen provides good food, but is sometimes unbalanced. The guest with half board gets a great buffet in the evening, but longs for the quality of the previous evening for breakfast. There’s definitely a better way 👍

The rooms are a bit small, especially the side of the bed against the wall is very narrow. Breakfast was great and special requests were taken care of immediately. Dinner was very tasty, always fish and meat dishes. used the thermal baths and saunas every day.some days very crowded and many languages that we don't speak. My slippers were stolen, my wife was molested by an Alexey in the sauna.

A very nice and modern thermal hotel, parking directly opposite for €7 per day. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Opinions vary greatly, but we'll be happy to come back. Price performance is completely ok. The quality of the food and drink is very good, there is a lot of choice. However, the price is a bit too expensive 🙈🙈🙈The rooms are all very well equipped, nothing is missing. The only drawback is, unfortunately, no smart TV. We personally miss the thermal bath, there are no proper water jets for the back or other parts of the pool, no salt water pool . And in my opinion, the inhaler cabin at the top is unfortunately unnecessary because it doesn't have a great utility factor. The gym is well equipped, in my opinion the only thing missing is more cardio equipment and a decent chest press, the one on site is bad, puts too much strain on the shoulders and you can't do the exercise synchronously. All in all, just go on holiday there yourself. I can only recommend it. Also everything nearby is Rewe, Lidl, Aldi and much more.

Perfect in terms of location, great view of the Lahn from the rooms - and the river sauna, which doesn't bother me personally. others maybe. View of the river from the bed, beautiful! Room facilities (almost) perfect. Nice bathroom, great toiletries (we bought the body lotion!), good solution with a sliding door and a glass door that can be positioned either in front of the toilet or the shower. Very comfortable beds, we slept very well every night. Extra pillows in the wardrobe. The only drawback: no minibar/fridge, a shame! Service both in the breakfast area and in the bar (mostly) very good and attentive. Large and rich breakfast buffet. As both a tea and coffee drinker, I found the tea selection and the ability to portion loose tea into the tea filter myself a nice option. Cleaning service still has room for improvement: the duvets were put down, the sheets weren't pulled, and vacuuming wasn't done every day. We ordered champagne through room service one evening, the cooler as well as bottles and glasses were still there after cleaning. What was irritating was that both the hotel's website and the restaurant offered à la carte food in the evening, but in fact only half-board buffet style was available. The day bar on the ground floor is very comfortably furnished, it's a shame that from Thursday to Saturday only the Sky Lounge is available from 7 p.m., it's quite small and doesn't seem cozy. However, the roof terrace is very nice and you have a great view.Conclusion: A few small weaknesses, but gladly again, especially the direct access to the thermal baths is very good for relaxation.Update a year later: still without a mini fridge, staff very attentive and very hard working. The bar on the ground floor is wonderful to relax in, very nice service and very good cocktails

In addition to the great spa, there is very good cuisine and super-trained staff. Particularly noteworthy: the vegan options and we were able to order a lot of them gluten-free. The gluten free bread was very tasty. I wish there would be more plant-based choices, but since the kitchen was willing to adapt dishes (a hallmark of good cuisine in my eyes), I'm really satisfied.

It is a very nice, modern hotel with great rooms. The rooms are all on the south side and have large panoramic windows that can be slid open. The bathroom is open, but you can close the wall and thus close it. There is no kettle and no minibar. What was unfortunate was that the towel heater in the bathroom didn't work. So our towels stayed wet and we had to get new ones, which doesn't fit with the sustainability of the hotel.The breakfast is perfect. Everything is there, you can order fresh egg dishes and it is very quiet despite its size. Here too, all the tables are on the south side, so you always have a view of the water.We didn't visit the restaurant, but we did visit the Skybar. This is highly recommended and the cocktails taste very tasty.The bathrobe tunnel to the thermal baths is great. I will rate the thermal baths separately.Given the fairly high price, it would be fair if parking fees were eliminated.
