We were there 2 nights. The rooms were clean, but there are no room additions. No cotton swabs, no replacement pillow, just nothing. The minibar was also closed, so we couldn't cool the things we brought with us. Even though it was very cold outside, there were only simple thin blankets and no spare blanket in the closet. Late in the evening, no one could actually bring me a blanket. Very disappointing.In the wellness area, the workmen ran around loudly from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feeling good is different. Their footprints left by their boots were not removed until the evening. In fact, no one ever walked around to swipe through or check things out. After 2 days there were still the same fallen leaves in the pool. Nobody even cleaned the pool. The next day I found my used cup in the fitness room.The food was tasty, but when you ordered tap water with 0.2 liters of wine for 9 euros you were looked at stupidly. The waiting time for the next course was very long.The breakfast buffet also left a lot to be desired. The scrambled eggs are undercooked and the watermelon slices are stale.Overall, the price-performance ratio is not right at all. We're definitely not coming back. For 4 stars I expected much more.

Spent 2 nights as a couple.The hotel is very nice and quiet. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. 👌The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, I recommend a freshly made omelet. 😉The spa area has a small swimming pool, a whirlpool and an outdoor swimming pool.There are 3 types of sauna waiting for you in the sauna area: Finnish sauna, steam bath and a bio sauna.Outside there is a huge earth sauna, my highlight. ❤️There is also the option of massages and cosmic treatments in the spa...Highly recommended for a wonderful time for two including a spa. 😍

First and foremost, the excellent staff must be mentioned. No matter who I came into contact with from the hotel and restaurant, it was excellent. I congratulate them on their staff!Then dinner needs to be highlighted. All courses were very good and the Heidschnuckenstesk in particular was fried to perfection and simply delicious.We also really liked the wellness area.

We stayed at the Best Western for one night, you get a nice break with a great spa area at a great price. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The bar area invites you to relax in the evening with music from the piano, and the service in the bar is particularly excellent! It's nice that there are still service staff who are so friendly and attentive. The breakfast is very varied, there is something for everyone here.All in all a great stay, we would love to come back.

We stayed at the hotel with three men for 3 nights to play golf and I have to say it was a great stay all around. The staff, whether wellness area, bar, restaurant (morning and evening), were all very nice and accommodating. The food was also excellent. We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The breakfast is very good with plenty of choice. But what wasn't possible was that guests talked loudly in front of the hotel until around 1:30 a.m. and employees didn't talk to the guests so that they should speak more calmly. The crowning achievement was that in the morning around 6:00 a.m. the awnings were automatically retracted, that doesn't work at all.

Service in the restaurant was great! Food was also very good. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the rooms. As a result, the rooms were far too warm due to the hot days. So I wouldn't book it again this time of year.

We chose the hotel for a long weekend because it was so convenient and beautifully located. It offers a wonderful 18-hole golf course, a spa and wellness area that is second to none. In the evenings, the restaurant offers a very large selection of delicious dishes in buffet form or a la carte. In the basement there is a huge wellness area with various treatments, a salt cave and an indoor and outdoor pool, which are connected to each other. The many terraces around the house offer a quiet spot near the range. Our middle category room was very nice. A minibar and air conditioning were not available for energy reasons. The evening visit to the bar with smoking lounge, fireplace room and piano lounge was excellent. This was particularly due to the three friendly and courteous bartenders who know their craft. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to visit the hotel again.
