Terrible customer service, with an incomparable lack of professionalism!!I strongly advise against it, if you feel like stopping here, some advice go your way!By adding a "small detail", if your reservation is less advantageous than that of another person, you will have the right to a phone call informing you that your reservation will be canceled to make way for someone else. It's up to you to find other accommodation.

We called to reserve, when we arrived we were surprised to see that there was no menu (as on the site) but just the dish of the day.The starter salad was accompaniedof a fly… (photo)The inedible dish. We could see that it was a truck stop kitchen.Go your way.

I would never have wanted to share this experience of mine, unfortunately I have to say that the food wasn't too bad, the one-star service, a boy in a hooded sweatshirt who was uncommunicative and even a little grumpy, a Caritas canteen location.Absolutely not recommended

Icy welcome worthy of a prison door, you immediately feel that you are disturbing whereas usually a restaurant is supposed to be welcoming..I continue with an extremely long wait time and abusive prices for a meal without seasoning and not fresh with an aftertaste.Very disapointed ! You should review all of this and question yourself if you are already in customer service.. or think about retraining.....One star because it is not possible to give any!I advise against fleeing!

Ugh, a starter with snails really not good, I don't think it would clean well with a musty taste. A dish called for medium-rare and it was blue. And not really comfortable, with 5 tables at that time, cold atmosphere. I'm still passing details...

After staying there for 3 nights, I think I have toured the infrastructure and can give you a little overview.Concerning the catering part, (I was half-board): the dishes were plentiful and good. I ate very well.The breakfast was also substantial: bread, butter, jam, pastries. A great way to start the day.Simple but good dishes ==> 4/5Fast service, nothing to complain about, the waitress was smiling and responsive => 4/5Concerning the managers, they were very friendly unlike their dog! I don't know what I did to him but he didn't like me at all, even at the end of my stay! ==> 3/5 for the atmosphere, I took away points for the dog who wanted to bite me as soon as he saw me.Finally, regarding the hotel part, it was a little below everything else. The bedding is not very comfortable, mattresses and pillows were no longer thick. The furniture is quite worn: the bedside table almost died under the weight of my computer! Some places were also relatively dusty. Despite this, the room was quiet and I still slept well. ==> 2/5 for the room, the fact that there is no full bathroom in it and the uncomfortable bedding takes away from the comfort in it.Overall, I would say that the catering part is much more qualitative than the accommodation part. For around fifty euros per night with half board it was good value for money. I really liked the kitchen, less sleeping there hence my final score of 3/5.

I spent 2 years at Valérie's hotel for the rest of my studies. I have never been disappointed. Very friendly and helpful waitresses, the dishes are correct and the price too. A very warm welcome and a good atmosphere!Valérie, your pizzas are the best!

Valérie is not at all friendly or welcoming, and the worst part is that when you call her she hangs up on people. I called him in December for an order by phone then with my network problem he didn't want to believe me and it allowed him to answer me badly and hang up on me, as a result I ordered elsewhere! It's not the only one from whom you can order but you shouldn't think you're better than the others. She has no tact! I do not recommend his restaurant
