Great holiday home with nothing missing from friendly landlords. The garden also looked great, but unfortunately it was snowing and freezing, so we couldn't really use it.

We spent the carnival weekend here with 6 people and were absolutely thrilled. There was really nothing missing. The house is furnished very lovingly and with great taste. The kitchen is fully equipped down to the smallest detail as are all the bedrooms. The bathrooms are top notch and equipped to the latest standards. We all felt very comfortable and will definitely come back in the summer. Big praise also to the great landlords!

As luck would have it. Several decades ago, as a child, I lived in what is now the holiday home with my parents. The Eifel was still the so-called Siberia in North Rhine-Westphalia. After that, a lot changed, including fast internet access. After all these years, I rented the Old Customs House with my family and dogs for a few days at Easter 2017. It's really impressive what the lovely and attentive landlords have done with this. It was unrecognizable from the inside. A very modern and at the same time cozy interior in the old walls, fully furnished down to the matches for the cozy fireplace. There is no wish left unfulfilled.Simply great, we will definitely come here again and smell the cool and clear Eifel air.
