We felt very comfortable in the youth hostel. The rooms were clean and tidy. Dinner was very good and we had a wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit salad and more.

Accommodation is ok for children. But it's a disgrace that the staff have a leisurely breakfast while the guests want to eat breakfast and almost everything is empty, you have to beg for something to be refilled. And then you get looked at stupidly. The staff also put away lunch food before all the guests had something (meatballs). And then you look funny when you say that not everyone has something yet and then say, well then I guess I have to give up my meatballs. Bottomless impudence. Bottle of cheap water costs 2 euros!!!! It's very loud, S train station, cars, screaming children, people trample around there even at night. Food itself was delicious and varied. There is moldy fat in the grill in the garden.

We spent the last weekend in August here with our family.(approx. 20 people)Our room had 3 double bunk beds.Each room has its own bathroom, but ours was accessible via the hallway.The property has a billiards room in the basement, where we had a lot of fun.The breakfast was delicious, fresh and sufficient.There is an S-Bahn station directly opposite.

From the outside it looks like normal accommodation but from the inside it's an absolute disgrace. You arrive, stand in front of a prison gate and the first thing you see are large trash cans. If you went further into the backyard, a broken, unsafe entrance door appeared. After a long wait in front of the trash cans, the unfriendly staff finally appeared. We were given completely different rooms than agreed. When we were then allowed into the flophouse, strange smells came from the kitchen. When we arrived in the room, there was hair and lint on the bed and on the floor. The only good thing about this room was the 4-person room with a table and a very small balcony. There was also a bathroom with a shower and toilet in the room, but it was also very small. The dinner was a disgrace to humanity. Children from poorer families get better food. What was an absolute disgrace is that you had to buy the WiFi for €1 per day and it didn't work properly. The situation was still okay. It was easy to get to public transport, but you had to walk at least 600 meters to get to a shopping center. But there were quite good opportunities for action and fun. You could play billiards, table football and table tennis. The breakfast was actually quite okay. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't quite as friendly to us. You were on your cell phone the entire time and also while talking to the staff. It was very loud at night and light always shone into our room. Luckily we weren't in the flophouse the whole time. In my opinion: Dear teachers, don't do that to your students.

Amazing place to stay with a group! Super great price, clean rooms, group meeting rooms, shared kitchen, tuned piano, pool table, games! Great service, nice breakfast. There is a train station in a 5min. walking distance, and a bus-stop less than a minute away. (Also a great kebab place next to the building)

If I go on school trips to Berlin again, I will only go here.It is a relatively small facility with only a few beds. This means you don't have the feeling of "mass processing" like with large school trip providers. The team is fantastic. Every wish was flexibly taken into account and made possible. Everyone was nice and tried hard.The rooms are simple but sturdy. The mattresses are mediocre and are protected with a rubber cover. All rooms were clean during our stay. Although not all rooms have an “en-suite” bathroom, you still have an exclusive bathroom for each room, you just have to cross the hallway.The breakfast was very good, there is a lot of emphasis on sustainability; Organic, vegan, vegetarian, halal, lactose-free or gluten-free - every wish is taken into account.At dinner, the focus was on healthy and balanced meals; meat was hardly on the menu. We adult teachers liked it, but the young people didn't like it so much, so they preferred to eat at the Turkish snack bar next door.I am aware that my judgment as a group leader is different to that of a young visitor who may have different expectations and needs.

Rooms were well equipped but unfortunately it was very cold. Heaters were available but were not yet on.The slatted frame of the bed was slightly damaged. However, this was immediately remedied.Breakfast was very tasty and there was enough choice for everyone to find something.Location is well connected to the train to go to the city center.Perfect for children and youth trips!

The guest house is located a little outside, just right for people who want to experience Berlin but have quiet nights (although it could be louder with school classes in the house).With the S5 you can get to the center without having to change trains. Very nice staff, very good breakfast (partly organic, partly vegan) and an overall pleasant atmosphere. Room and bathroom clean and suitable for the guest house.WiFi costs extra (I didn't use it).

This place is a disgrace. At first glance it seems like reasonable accommodation, but all we had were cramped rooms, hair and rubbish in the bed and, in some cases, a bathroom that was on the flight. It was said that WiFi was free and available everywhere, but we only got reception in some rooms and it cost €3 per person. Plus it was really slow. It took over half an hour to get to Alexanderplatz. The home is located on the outer edge of the city (Fast Ticket Zone C!!).If there were 0 stars, that would be more appropriate.

That is rude! This place is not recommended. There is hair everywhere on the beds and there are only toilets in half of the rooms! An amount of €1.50 is also required for WiFi. The WiFi doesn't even work properly after you pay the fee.

Absolutely disrespectful! The preview says that the WiFi is free. But you have to pay money in the home. There is no bathroom in the room but only in the hallway. There is hair everywhere on the beds. Absolute impudence and disrespect.
