We, a family of 2 adults and 2 children, arrived safely on the Biehleboh, no holiday apartment in sight. Okay let's go in questions. It was self-evident that the holiday apartments were located at Bielebohstrasse 23a. Okay see the map from the website. You can't see that 750 meters with a 70 meter incline. A note on the website would be useful here. So driving to breakfast for the first time. Our neighbors with a motorhome had a scooter with them. They came to breakfast with it. Holiday apartment okay, the outside area needs to be looked after better. Wooden furniture needs to be painted. "Enjoy the soothing peace and quiet in our holiday apartments", I didn't notice anything about that. Chair on the terrace broken, table in the common area broken, the common area not exactly inviting. Storage space for laundry carts etc. Door open, keys for all rooms accessible to everyone. (?) No air conditioning (30 degrees), limited ventilation in the bedroom, fan in the bathroom extremely loud. Parking space limited. Breakfast good. Everything is getting better. 216 euros, one night for 4 people with breakfast is okay. Restaurant nicely decorated. Staff seems overwhelmed. It's getting better, maybe we'll come back.

We chose the Bieleboh nature resort as the location for our wedding and made absolutely the right choice. The modern hall in combination with nature immediately impressed us. The Bieleboh team was always at our side throughout the entire planning phase and was able to help us implement all of our wishes and ideas. We were completely happy and can only recommend the Bieleboh as a destination or celebration location. The rooms were also great and the apartments were very tastefully decorated. Thank you very much for this great memory that we were able to gain with our wedding at the Bieleboh!

Ambiance is always nice, whether inside or outside. The staff is always friendly and has the guests' wishes in mind, even when it's really busy. The food is always delicious and beautifully presented and there are always special offers beyond the usual Soeise menu. Thank you for a nice evening.

A pearl with potential that is no longer being exploited. After the reopening there was a lot of hustle and bustle, with waitresses in dirndls and an extra vegan menu - we were thrilled back then, it was refreshing and something with passion. Now, a few years later, the waitresses wear ill-fitting dirndls (if at all) and the menu still has the same dishes as when it opened. Disappoints me and for me is not a sign of good cooking (doesn't that bore everyone who cooks?!). The only thing that changes is the daily specials and desserts. But they were also written carelessly on some mirrors, which were then placed on the table. The greeting from the kitchen came to the table in a simple, small glass bowl - there was nothing “arranged” or “draped”.The “homemade” lemonade consists of syrup and water, which is a waste of money. The vegan burger was ok, but nothing homemade. Only the dessert was great.The heart, the soul, the passion are missing. The staff tried hard and one of the two waitresses was “convincingly friendly”, but that was all.

The location of the building is nice, but the service in the outdoor area could very much be improved. There are no cold drinks on the menu. We would have to wait 20 minutes for 2 cups of coffee. After we asked, the coffee came with a half-bitten biscuit. Incredible.

I can't provide any information about the rooms as we were only there for breakfast. There were 8 of us in total and my wife and I were invited. The selection for breakfast was relatively manageable. This tends not to be a problem if everything is constantly refilled. But it wasn't. For this and because there was no fruit, there is a star deduction. I would like to highlight the friendly staff and the excellent view!
