Beautiful, simply beautiful.I/we were thrilled. Nothing was missing. The breakfast was great 👍🏻Many thanks to the hard-working ladies. Always nice, always smiling, always quick.Double room with sea view and huge balcony was great 😍A small drawback, there was no WiFi in the room. Ok, in the age of mass gigabytes of cell phone contracts, that wasn't a big deal. 🤭Stay like that 👋🏻

Now we also spent the night in the “Arielle”. Room 17 - it was great! Fine breakfast, very nice room right by the sea and good restaurant for dinner with very nice staff! We'll be back!

Review only the restaurantVisit on October 4th, 2024 from6:30 p.m. - 7:59 p.m.!There are no reservations until 6:20 p.m(4 people). No table - but in 10 minutes, a reserved table didn't come.We were lucky, but we had to have plenty of time - no problem.Order 2 large Pils 0.5, 1 Rosato wine, 1 large bottle of water 0.75 and 1 Rababer spritzer.2x bruschetta in advance :-) to tide you over.The waitresses were friendly but the journey was too hectic and stressful.Everything was fine, the restaurant was full.Our main course hasn't been eaten yet.Spaghetti frutti di mareSpaghetti pollolasagneBroccoli casserole.All dishes were delicious.Order two more gr Pilsners!Then they said, at 7:30 p.m., the table will be reserved again at 8:00 p.m.7:55 p.m. bill, no one had waited...It's a shame, I couldn't even finish the big water and drink the rose wine quickly.130€ in 1.5 hoursIt's a shame that could have been said before.Unfortunately we weren't able to have dessert with espresso.Food was good, everything was too hectic.

Unfortunately, we didn't get the luxury room with a full lake view that we had previously reserved and paid for. This was awarded twice.The other room is nice. On the balcony you go to the end and you can also see the Baltic Sea from there.Very friendly staff.

A really great hotel. Rooms lovingly furnished and with a view of the Baltic Sea.The only drawback is that a bus only runs on school days. Unfortunately, a connection to Rostock, Warnemünde or Bad Doberan is only possible from the federal highway.Breakfast buffet was lovingly prepared. I would like to see more regional products.The staff is friendly and the room service was also great. Unfortunately the beds were very soft.

We had a wonderful week of vacation here. Rooms are very clean and modernly furnished. The bathroom was nice and big with a shower and bathtub. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The service and staff were very nice and accommodating. The restaurant is also great. Nice selection of dishes and very tasty. We'll definitely be back.

We had the junior suite on the second floor of the building next door. It was great. The location of the room with balcony is excellent. You have a very nice view of the sea. The room is very large, very clean and the bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The suite, like the entire house, is very, very tastefully decorated. We felt completely comfortable. The breakfast buffet left absolutely nothing to be desired. Nothing ever ran out because the very friendly ladies always refilled in a timely manner. We really werepositively impressed. That was really strong!About the restaurant: It's good that there is a restaurant on site that offers very good quality food. Unfortunately the tagliatelle al salmone were far too little (children's portion?). In addition, there were just 4 pieces of salmon in the plate and that for a price of €22.00. The male service was totalunfriendly and argued loudly with another guest because of a misunderstanding (?) when ordering. That was a shame and embarrassing for all the other guests.

A very nice guesthouse in the quiet town of Börgerende between Nienhagen and Kühlungsborn. The rooms are very large with an extra seating area, comfortable bed, large and modern bathroom and corner balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea. There is a large TV with a swivel wall mount.The only drawbacks were the mattresses that always slip apart and the non-working WiFi on the top floor, but that didn't bother us and is not a reason for us to give a negative rating. There is mobile data 😀The rooms can be reached via stairs or elevator. But it is very slow 😉Bicycles can be stored in a separate shed. Costs 10 EUR per bike and stay, eBike 15 EUR. Each room has its own parking space.Breakfast is available in the attached restaurant. There really was everything you needed. We didn't miss anything and had a good, long breakfast every day. The service staff is very nice and always tries to refill everything. You can also have dinner in the restaurant. It's an Italian restaurant with good food and friendly service.The location of the guesthouse is very quiet right on the beach. However, this is a natural beach with lots of stones. To swim in the sandy beach you have to drive to Kühlungsborn or Warnemünde. But that is outweighed by the peace and quiet in and around the hotel. But it still only gives 4 points.

We felt very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was unexpectedly rich and the reserved parking space meant there were no problems with parking. Bicycles can be locked. Gladly again

This review concerns the pizzeria, not the hotel!The pizzeria is the very last!!!Half empty, waiting time for a pizza 45 minutes!!!!To take away, all prices +50 cents.In my opinion, absolutely not recommended!!!!

A great team! Mega great service from the arrival, throughout the entire period up to the journey home. Breakfast buffet couldn't have been better. Everything you need was there, we didn't miss anything! The girls are all doing a great job!! And we know exactly how difficult it is to find such great people who put all their ambition into their job in order to accompany guests and visitors through their hotel stay with a positive impression.There was absolutely nothing to complain about! Absolutely perfect hotel or guesthouse with breakfast. The rooms are large, very clean and bright. The only thing is the mattresses in the bed. They're not really comfortable and slip apart. But that's complaining on a high level...The bathroom was also very clean and equipped with a bathtub and shower. There is hand soap, shower soap that can also be used as shampoo and towels. Everything is completely sufficient. In the evening you go to the in-house restaurant, where it tastes delicious, or, as we often do, go to the terrace in front of the house and eat a fish sandwich and drink a beer 🍺.What could still be improved would be the smoking ban. We are non-smokers and despite the fact that we had a room on the raised ground floor, all the smoke moved into our room. The staff smoked around the corner, on the balcony next to the neighbors. That was a bit stupid😐.Nevertheless, we are enthusiastic about the Arielle beach castle, especially since we know it from 20 years ago. All thumbs up. We'll definitely come back.

Had the room with a view of the Baltic Sea and balcony. Very nice in the morning and also when the sun goes down. Seeing the sunset from your room every evening is something. Food in the in-house restaurant is delicious and the service is funny. Breakfast from 8-10. A bit short for us as we didn't get up until around 9 🙈.I can only recommend a holiday here.1 minute to the beach. On foot, of course. Simply great.
