We happened to pass by on the raftsman's path and totally enjoyed the very tasty food, which wasn't quite what we expected at this point 😍. Pancakes! And the still young Kinzig is rustling nearby.

Self-service, you can sit nicely in the beer garden, the counter is friendly, but unfortunately there are too many on the boards that serve as the menu.In terms of price, the ambience and food don't match.

A great inn☺️I was there in 2023. Super nice service and the boss is a really great person.🤗🤗 I can only say great food and the Maultaschen are a hit. If you've been out for a walk you can sit outside. I wish the inn continued success

A real insider tip!We were there for the fourth time and are always impressed by the super friendly atmosphere of the owners and employees.The food is excellent - great dishes with something for everyone - fresh ingredients and prepared with a lot of love!It's great to have hot food all the time (a luxury in the area :)And of course the beer garden - a cozy spot by the stream - invites hikers, cyclists or simply hungry people to unwind and let the fantastic food melt in their mouths.Thank you for the beautiful ambience and love 🧡 goes through the stomach...See you soon!

The middle mill, which has now partially awakened from its slumber, is ideally located on the rafting path. On the lower floor there are around 15 seats and a free toilet for guests. There is plenty of seating in the garden. All kinds of drinks and delicious food are offered. We particularly recommend the Maultaschen with potato salad. There are also many other delicious dishes, warm and cold, some also vegetarian.Not open in winter, according to the owner until October 29th this year. at the times specified.

What a wonderful new opportunity to stop at the Middle Mill with Johannes and his team.After a bike tour, we were able to stop at Johannes's Middle Mill for the first time and were rewarded with an excellent experience. The concept with a self-service component works excellently, the dining room with an ordering counter is clear and inviting and the varied menu boards invite you to browse.The food was excellent - a sausage salad with a slightly special marinade left us wondering what the secret of the taste was... I'm guessing the mustard :-).The dessert with spelled pancakes, fruit and ice cream was simply a poem. The rustic note of the spelled against the acidity of the fruit with the delicate sweetness of the ice cream - simply wow, this man can cook.Oh yes, not forgetting the homemade chai latte… wonderful…See you soon again in your beautiful outdoor areaKind regards AHP

Thanks to the lovingly directed “retreat”, the middle mill on the Flösserpfad is filled with life again. Owner Johannes prepares fresh, delicious and varied dishes from Thursday to Sunday. The large outdoor area invites you to linger when the weather is nice. It's worth stopping here while hiking, cycling or just passing by.

After a bike ride, I discovered the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the ambience was great too. The Maultaschen I ate were the best I had ever eaten.Highly recommended.
