The hotel is close to the center. The room was fine and clean. Breakfast was good. WiFi didn't work in the room, I had to go to the breakfast room. The staff was very friendly.

Always completely satisfied, even after the pandemic, and things always get a little better, right?

We had a cozy apartment, close to the center. There is a beautiful garden with a pond, playground and barbecue. The breakfast is rich and delicious. My grandson and I felt very comfortable here.

I give the hotel itself and the great location a good 3 stars. But I would still like to share some negative points here so that a few things are simply pointed out. There were four of us and we had booked an apartment with a bedroom with a large bed and a sofa bed in the living area. The day before we set off, there was a relatively heavy summer thunderstorm in large parts of Germany and it rained sporadically during our stay, which actually became relevant for us later. When we arrived, we were immediately informed that the hotel had not been spared from the storm and the friendly lady told us that they even had rooms that were full of water. We were understanding until we realized that our room had apparently also been affected, although the lady hadn't told us this. When she gave us the keys and disappeared again, we happily went to the apartment with all our luggage, only to find that the window in the bedroom above was completely leaking, dripping and the window also had some traces of mold on the frame. And just to be clear, there was no way the mold could have appeared just 24 hours ago, so it couldn't be attributed to the previous day's thunderstorm. There was a sporadic cloth on the windowsill and the bedroom floor was wet.We only noticed this when we had already partially unpacked and were stunned that we had even been allowed to move into the room like that.My parents immediately went to reception, where we were told that we could be moved to the holiday apartment for two nights, but that we would then have to go back to the apartment because the holiday apartment would then be rented out.So in our first three days of a week-long vacation, we moved back and forth with all of our luggage twice while the windows were being repaired. When we were back in the apartment on the third day, the windows had been cleaned (which should have been done much earlier, mold doesn't appear overnight), but I noticed wet feet again when I sat down on the bed. We lifted the mattress only to discover that there was a fat puddle under the bed that had probably been neglected to be cleaned up after the storm. So again we had to ask the staff to look after it while we went on a day trip. I would like to say that of course we always remained friendly and tried to show understanding as much as possible. All in all, you imagine a relaxing holiday to be something different. In addition, the boss was never actually there, the ladies didn't actually feel responsible and one of the two was also quite unfriendly. Especially when it came to payment and my parents asked for at least some of the price to be refunded because of the circumstances, the lady became very rude and said that she wasn't responsible for that, as we would have come much earlier during the week have to and we should just pay.In the end, we had a week-long vacation, a mediocre breakfast, staff who didn't care about towels or toilet paper (we had bought ourselves a pack of toilet paper during the week), two ladies who seemed quite overwhelmed and an absent boss who almost didn't could be reached. All in all, I have to say that I found the facility great and the rooms were rustic and good considering their age (apart from the water). But unfortunately the way we deal with customers is a bit questionable, especially when you consider that we were left behind in everything and had to pay for the whole disaster in the end.

When I arrived I was greeted in a rather unfriendly manner and didn't feel welcome at all.The guesthouse is very old, the furnishings date back to the 80s. Unfortunately the bathroom in my room wasn't clean either. The bed was uncomfortable, there was a smell in the whole house that was reminiscent of times when smoking was still allowed. The only bright spot was the good breakfast, where the “breakfast lady” was in a good mood.In my opinion the price/performance ratio is not right, too expensive.Unfortunately I don't recommend it.

Who can skip this place. Internet connection is hopeless, shower with electricity. When you turn on the light in the bathroom, you can feel the current flow through the metal elements. Zero class breakfast

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the harbor. We had a very nice and clean apartment with a nice breakfast buffet. It is not a luxury hotel, but a good middle-class establishment and highly recommended.
