We stopped here on our bike trip from Lake Constance to Königssee. The first impression from the outside was a bit old. But when we entered we were greeted in a very friendly manner by the boss, who offered us a garage and charging facility for our bicycles. The rooms were great and very well maintained. The bathroom was also very new and in a high quality condition. When we booked, we had already received a personal email from the boss that the kitchen was closed in the evening, with information about alternatives. Perfect, that's service ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were there in September 2024 with 3 women. Very clean, family-run and friendly hotel.Breakfast for 12 euros was good and reasonable.There is a bus stop a few hundred meters away from where you can go directly to the city center twice an hour.We all felt comfortable and would come back.

Mistake not to be made again.After being left in the car to sleep, since we arrived at 8.45pm instead of 8pm, due to a storm and an accident on the motorway, half of the overnight fee was withheld from us, because we insisted that it wasn't normal to find a hotel CLOSED at 8pm and being notified via message on the booking platform chat at 8.07pm.Breakfast agreed for the next day, I was denied the next day because I had a fever on the agreed day. According to the host, the food intended for me was thrown away.Honestly it seems strange, given that breakfast is a buffetEVERY DAY AT ALMOST ALL HOURS we found ourselves locked inside the structure, I don't really know the reason, and I don't even know if it's normal from a safety point of view. No emergency exits unless locked.We were provided with only one room and facility key so only one of us could move freely (there were 2 of us), and in case of emergency, too.Towels never changed in 4 days.Reading the reviews I think they are talking about another facility.Never again.

It's a great place to stay!!! The exterior looks totally different than the interior. When inside, everything changes .Very clean and spacious room with a terrace. The service was great from check-in to check out.We had a great breakfast in a lovely atmosphere. Very close to motorway. I highly recommend.

In September we looked for a hotel for a few days and found the AriadneThe stay and the large room with balcony were very niceThe breakfast was delicious and individual requests were catered forIt is easy to reach by car and there are enough parking spaces available at no additional costThe very warm owner made us feel very comfortable

It was a short trip to this hotel, but I would like to say that the value for money is ok, the rooms are clean, the area is quiet and the staff is very friendly (I would like to mention that Ms. Heidi 40 minutes waited for me to give me the key, which was very nice of her). I can only recommend it.

A very nice and simple hotel. The rooms and the hotel as a whole are beautifully clean and well maintained. The lady who is responsible for everything is very loving and takes good care of you. The breakfast buffet is just as simple and small but is completely sufficient. The only thing I have to complain about is that I had to share the balcony with a neighbor, which was a bit strange. And the whole thing could have been a few euros less because in my opinion it was a bit too expensive for the price.

Very professional and high-quality furnished hotel on the outskirts of Rosenheim. I was passing through there as a cyclist, and all of my special cycling wishes were taken into account and flexibly resolved. My room was very clean and nicely decorated, the bed was really comfortable. There was even a balcony. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a large selection. I can fully recommend the hotel.

The rooms are very small and noisy. The furnishings in the rooms don't look like what they are offered on the internet. You have to share the already small balcony with the neighboring room (without privacy protection). If you are a non-smoker, it is also very unpleasant because your neighbor can smoke on the balcony and the smell immediately comes in through the open balcony door or window.
