I have never experienced worse service (and I travel a lot!). Not only is this “guest house” (yes, they also talk to guests on the phone) not responding to emails, I am also “accused” of not having written. Just look at your history. I have never experienced such disappointment. It's good that there are even better and nicer accommodations in Malente and apparently this communication (or so I was told) doesn't have to be an isolated case. I 100% advise against this “Gästehaus Schwentineblick”! No star is “deserved”.

I had a room here for four weeks as part of a stay with my employer.Everything is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful, as are the owners! The garden is very beautiful and the breakfast is always very lovingly made! Only the room I had was simply not appropriate for such a long period of time. Very poor ventilation and you should perhaps think about putting fly screens on the windows. However, staying for a short period of time is certainly absolutely fine. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Wow, such a great holiday accommodation🤩... with a lot of love. And such a wonderfully landscaped garden. The towels are changed every day. As soon as you arrive you feel very comfortable. The garden is well maintained and beautifully landscaped, and the rooms are also lovingly furnished. My partner has seen many hotels all over the world, but none with a garden like this. We will come back. The only drawback was that you can't pay by card, but there are worse things. So I can only recommend this hotel. Thanks

Have stayed here a few times and always felt comfortable. Only the bathrooms in our rooms were very small and narrow. A bit difficult for fat people.

I can only warmly recommend the guesthouse - right in Malente 🥰. We felt very comfortable there. The Dieksee is beautiful and can be reached on foot.

Hello, I occupied a small room here over the weekend. A comfortable bed and a small bathroom complete the amenities. The garden, which has been designed with a lot of love, is very beautiful to look at. You feel a bit transported to the south. Last but not least, praise for the rich and beautiful breakfast, it is a real feast for the eyes.
