Ferien Bauernhof Kindt - Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof an der Ostsee

We slept in our bed at home for the first night after our farm holiday and when we got up we were still full of desire and energy to feed the goats, groom the ponies, feed the rabbits, ride horses and spend the day on the farm...I was on the farm relatively spontaneously with my children (1, 4). We stayed in the smallest apartment “Gartenblick” for 6 days. This apartment was equipped with everything needed. The apartment and everything around it is hygienic, tidy and well maintained. Not just the apartment, but also the entire yard.The children have a lot to offer. Our day started in the morning with breakfast in the apartment. Bread rolls are delivered every day except Sundays if ordered. Then the kids did their rounds; Feeding the bunnies, saying hello to the goats, petting the ponies, driving vehicles (there are a LOT!) and playing in the great playground with a dream view. During this time I usually drank my coffee.Riding was possible from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. It wasn't that easy for me or my daughter because I always had the smallest (1) with me. But dear Sabine (farm owner/farmer) always supported me and asked me how she could support me. For example, she got me the appropriate pony for my daughter's riding lessons, etc. The riding lessons with Katrin were also great. Katrin has been teaching on the farm for 10 years and does a great job.We were at the Baltic Sea for two days. Sundays are, so to speak, “free from riding” on the farm. We then spent this day on the beach (about 20 minutes by car).I could tell you a lot more about the vacation. He still has a positive attitude towards my oldest (4) and me...I thought it would be difficult at first – alone with two small children. But once all possible “dangers” were checked out (there are hardly any), then I could let the children “do it”. I always made sure that my little one wasn't alone in the stable, otherwise he could have almost free rein.Dear Sabine, dear Bernd, dear Annika, thank you very much for the wonderful time with you. We had a wonderful time with the Kindt family. The Abendsonne house with the wonderful view had everything a family needed. Our children were never bored as there were enough opportunities to play. Proper animal husbandry is very important here. We were really impressed by the friendly treatment of the guests. The evenings with the other families were really nice and fun. Farmer Bernd and his wife Sabine, as well as grandma Christa, were very welcoming. We would also like to mention the active holidaymakers who fit in really well and we laughed a lot.Our daughter cried when she went home because she had grown so fond of the ponies. The riding lessons with Katrin were competent and loving. Our 5 year old son asked us why we can't always stay on vacation 🤣We'll definitely be back, thank you for everything.Zehl/König family

Dear Kindt family,Thank you very much for everything!From the first minute we were interested in a holiday with you, we were always treated warmly. Every concern was always addressed and every wish was made possible. We received such a warm welcome. You don't see that often these days. A really great family!We have experienced a lot dealing with the animals. Everything was explained great. We were also allowed to take on some responsibility without feeling left alone. You showed a lot of calm and patience to the children. We could always help out if we wanted but also just be holidaymakers.Dealing with the ponies and riding them was also just great. The riding lessons and the massage that you can book are also highly recommended.The apartment was super clean and well equipped. Never had an apartment so well equipped. The free use of the washing machine was also very beneficial.Eggs, milk, butter, jam and honey can be bought locally at a great price. We were allowed to pick pears, thank you very much.The evenings spent barbecuing and making bread with you were really great. Thank you for your effortI could write a lot more...We will definitely come back and are infinitely grateful to you for this great vacation.Stay as you are!

Clear recommendation for all families with preschool children. Great apartments and houses, very clean, nice care. Plus a great arrangement with the (well cared for and trained) ponies. We were able to ride a lot here and the goats, chickens, cats and rabbits are very sweet and great for small children. Not to mention the large playground and the pedal fleet.As a parent you also get a lot of relaxation.For older children there are riding lessons and lots of great help on the farm.There is always something to do in the area with the Bungsberg and the Baltic Sea, even in bad weather.Can especially recommend the low season, when it's not that crowded.
