We stayed here for one night while in transit. Smooth check-in. Room was large and clean. Parking spaces are directly at the house. Great quiet location. Grocery stores and restaurants and cafés can be easily reached by car just a few kilometers away.

Very unfriendly reception. A 6 month old baby is not allowed to sleep in the parents' bed?!? Were told "That doesn't work. That's what it says on the internet." simply left standing in an extremely unfriendly tone. I also find the fact that you can only pay in cash questionable for a guesthouse.

In transit.We stayed in this guesthouse for one night, 2 adults + 2 children.You feel like you've been transported back in time a little. The guesthouse is very, very clean and tidy. There is everything you need. Breakfast is sufficient and nicely prepared. The hostess would be described as Nordic friendly (a bit cold but really friendly in her own way).We would come back at any time for an overnight stay.

Check-in by 8:00 p.m. We were about 1 hour and 15 minutes late. Luckily the hostess answered the doorbell and we checked in. Although the communication was through the window. Funny...The room is clean and spacious, the furnishings are a bit dated for a home, but that could also be a matter of taste. Everything is clean. The soundproofing is weak, but there were no noisy neighbors during our stay.The hostess seemed a bit strange to me at first, she was unfriendly and didn't look me in the eyes. One day I heard her praying very early in the morning (around 4am). It seems to me that we should turn a blind eye to little things, because in old age it can be difficult for each of us, something hurts, or, worse, perhaps the pain of losing loved ones does not go away and it is difficult for one Person who radiates joy.I can still recommend the hotel

A guest house that feels like it has fallen out of time. Small rooms, small bathrooms with tiles from the 70s. And yet lovingly managed by the owner. Conveniently located if you want to make a stopover from Berlin to Garda. To put it bluntly, it's enough to sleep and breakfast is brought to your table.

Very noisy, the seating allocation at breakfast was very narrow and quite unfriendly. There was no heating in the bathroom and there was a night storage heater in the room that made noises from 3:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. and couldn't be turned off completely.

Uncomplicated check-in and check-out. Hostess friendly and with small talk appropriate to the situation. Apartment on the ground floor is very nice for the price. Cleanliness very good, environment very good, I had nothing to complain about. I was able to recover excellently. The bed was very good, the room was big enough. Bathroom with underfloor heating and bidet. Equipment rather simple, but consistent in terms of price-performance ratio.

As already mentioned several times by other guests, the owner of the inn (at this point an older lady - probably Mrs. Kirner) is unfriendly and unmotivated. Questions such as when check-out is or whether payment can only be made in cash are always answered with the answer: “As Booking has already informed you, […].” The guest generally has nothing to complain about for “this price.” That’s what we were told the holiday apartment is proudly presented. When we returned to our holiday apartment late in the evening, there was a strong smell of cold smoke. The bed and bed linen in particular smelled pungent. Of course we tried to inform the landlady about this, but she didn't care because every guest in her house knows that there is no smoking here and this did not happen. What was worse, however, was that we had woken her from her sleep. We neither received a new room nor did the hostess make any effort to take a picture of the apartment. So we had no choice but to sleep in the smell. The walls are so thin that you can clearly hear other guests' snoring. The next day we tried to clarify the situation again with the hostess. However, she insisted that no one would smoke in her home. If so, we would have smoked in the room and we would have spread untruths. We have never had to experience such impudence in a guesthouse or hotel. No recommendation! Only payment in cash is possible.Now, after years, you still want to have the review deleted for every 1 star review that was made under a pseudonym. Bottom drawer in my eyes. Instead of changing something or responding to reviews, you choose this route to remove the many bad reviews. Presumably the service in 2018 was simply bad and unfriendly?

Unfriendly hostess who is only interested in her money. No accommodation or understanding in unexpected exceptional situations/snow chaos/police warning not to arrive. Lies. The whole of Upper Bavaria was paralyzed by 40-50 cm of new snow, they claim that only a maximum of 10 cm of snow fell.Everyone should think for themselves whether they want to support someone like that.
