The food was good. It was a part of a tour. My beer got lost because of how many people there were, and the servers weren't able to keep track of who ordered what.I can't speak to the rooms as I didn't stay the night, just had some lunch. Adorable pigs out back.

The remote country inn is in a beautiful location by a small lake. If you can sit outside, it's certainly a great location. Unfortunately it was too cold for that on the weekend. So the four of us ate inside. If necessary, you should also spend the night there.The waitress was unable to tell us whether a room was available or how much it would cost; it wasn't until an hour and a half after our stay that someone showed up to pass on this information. We then decided not to spend the night there.Overall, the service was friendly, neutral and OK.The food was OK. But you can't say anything more about it.The impression of the drinks was mixed: the wine offered on the menu was no longer available. The three rhubarb spritzers I ordered all looked different… My Aperol Spritz was fine. The Merlot I ordered afterwards was fine.Overall, the impression was that the staff were a bit overwhelmed on this Saturday evening. I can't say why that was.If we find ourselves in the area again, I would probably give the inn a second chance.

We visited the Kasch family on the motorcycle on September 13-15, 2024. Food, accommodation and service were great.......for breakfast there are lots of other delicacies and real scrambled eggs!!We'll be back......

The way the country inn presents itself online is definitely not. The fact that the furniture in the room is quite old is basically ok, but the room shouldn't be worn out! The bedside table was broken, as were both windows (the window handle came against you when you tried to close it). The sockets were loose and coming towards you! There was a privacy film on the bathroom window, but it was only halfway up, so you could see into the bathroom from outside (window next to the shower)! Breakfast didn't have much of a selection and when I praise regional products, of course the scrambled eggs can't come out of the bag!

The garden is nice to sit in. Old fruit trees provide beautiful shade. There are lovingly designed and selected play areas available for children.Rowing boats, SUP and a pedal boat can be rented.The waiters are friendly and helpful.The food is very tasty but also very expensive.

We have been there several times with the family and the location is one of the most family-friendly that we know - children have a variety of outdoor play opportunities and the spacious area offers many beautiful corners for adult guests to linger.Unfortunately, in addition to a lot of praise for the location, some criticism is also necessary: Kasch - like many catering establishments - has recently increased its prices significantly. Simple dishes under 20 euros are hard to find on the menu. Steak, cutlet or a real Viennese schnitzel with fried potatoes cost almost 40 euros. Unfortunately, the quality of the food and its preparation as well as the service only match the price to a limited extent. Some of the wrong drinks were brought to us - alcoholic instead of non-alcoholic, others only came after we asked several times. When it came to the dishes, the Wiener Schnitzel was very dry and sober, the breading was dark, very thick and also sober and the small fried potatoes were very greasy. The currywurst we ordered was a boiled sausage and the extra curry sauce had the consistency of watered down tomato porridge. The taste corresponded to the appearance: watery and sober. The French fries served with it were full of fat.Another dish was roulades: here too the meat was quite firm and dry. All of the side salads were ok, but instead of being attractively presented with dressing, they were stuffed into a small bowl and swimming in a white soup.Other dishes - fish and roast beef - were okay. There was nothing to complain about here. The cakes and tarts that were served later were also good.Maybe we had a bad day with the service - it wasn't a lack of friendliness but rather a lack of routine, but the kitchen wasn't convincing - price and performance didn't match here.

We went here twice for lunch. If you sit outside, you are immersed in nature, you can see chickens and geese. If it is cool there are blankets, many places are covered. there are sheep somewhere. The food is tasty but it is not for guests in a hurry. You eat in a country inn and like to slow down. It also seems cozy inside. I can't judge the rooms.
