big problems when booking; wrong prices, came across hysterical people on the phone, we were insulted, called thieves, even though we had booked on the internet, and paid 247€/3 nights, booking.com not to name them... a problem updating prices for the Christmas period which we were completely unfamiliar with. We had to negotiate to get a full refund, following a few dozen inflammatory messages. We are still waiting for an apology...A very bad experience, establishment to avoid! Change jobs, ladies and gentlemen!

RUN AWAY !We booked three nights to accommodate my family who came from far away to meet their grandson. A nice stay in perspective... that was without taking into account the lack of professionalism and the sarcasm of the manager of the place! Undrinkable and acerbic person, who accuses customers of being mistaken in the prices displayed when booking online (um... wait, it seems to me that she is the one who sets the prices, right? The joke). We suffered a week of harassment from him and insults of all kinds (among others "you seem to be in bad faith", "I'm ashamed for you", the pompom!) to ask us to cancel the reservation. After 7 days, having had enough of receiving aberrant injunctions which were beginning to spoil the stay of our future guests, we decided to cancel the reservation, to have peace (help).Bottom line: as the great sage says, “flee, you fools,” it’s a tourist factory and the owners really don’t deserve your money. Keep it to go sleep in peace somewhere else! (There are real people who are qualified and happy to welcome you, with a price well below the prices asked for them, what's more). Enjoy your stay elsewhere!

We booked the red studio for a weekend in which a single bed was very kindly added (thank you very much)! The apartment is very cozy, perfectly equipped and impeccably clean. It is located a 15-minute walk from the cathedral, it's very easy, we never took public transport. The contact with our host was most charming, thank you to her for her availability and her valuable visiting advice! We will come back for sure!

Villa Schiller is a wonderful place to stay. I had my private space with own cooking facilities and bath room. I loved the garden right in front of my room door and I appreciated the lovely interior. Also the building, its location and the neighbourhood are excellent, the owner is very friendly and helpful. I would like to return more often. Many thanks!

Neglected studio, cleaning was done superficially. Dust, cobwebs, used tea bags in the teapot, coffee under the electric coffee maker, a dirty hand towel.... everything you don't expect!The rental payment was made two weeks before our arrival, the idea is that the owner is not defrauded, we would have liked not to be defrauded by choosing this rental.The idea of the studio is good, but its outfit eliminates it from addresses to remember and share.

The apartment is very small and there is no available parking near by!! The parking on the street is limited to 2 hours during the day so we had to take our car in the morning to a parking lot and pay high fee (unfortunately I don't remember the cost...).The street is quiet and it is about 15 minutes walk from the old city center. There are some nice restaurants close by.We didn't like it so much, but we were there in winter and it was cold and to far for us...
