We moved up from Sachrang to Economy.Part of us still remembered her from 20 years ago.So, other than the beautiful location, I can't give this 5 stars.The "lush" food is overpriced and the salad with the cheese dumplings (~13.90€) was carelessly thrown together (including kidney beans...).Not to forget the plague of flies. You can certainly contain them - if you want.

Overnight stay with breakfast booked as part of a hiking tour. Paying 195€ for a triple room in 90s style... well.... Dinner & breakfast was ok. Beds are only 2m long with the foot end closed. Nothing for a body length of 195cm. Wouldn't book again.

The moss farmer...Difficult for me to judge.My heart has been attached to this farm since I was a child.The rooms are no longer up to date and need a small general overhaul.Overall, the rooms have less of the flair of Kufstein and the Alps and more of the GDR era.But well, taste can be debated.Everyone has to decide for themselves whether they like it or not.Personally, I don't always like the menus.However, the in-house sausage salad is always worth a trip and deserves 5 stars.The breakfast is very good. Requests are taken into account.The prices are too high for the service.The cheese platter consists of 6 slices of cheese, a bit of goat cheese and bread: €13Overall, the atmosphere of the Alm is worth every journey and every climb.The hospitality is sometimes well hidden behind a slightly grim facade.That shouldn't obscure the fact that the hosts are great and nice people.

We were only there once for dinner. The service was very friendly and nice...The food was so oversalted that we could hardly eat anything 🤪But the flies were really terrible - there were LOTS of them!!! outside and inside. You don't even get to eat anymore, they fly into your plate and into your face endlessly!I was really disappointed... I took some really nasty pictures of the flies bathing in my plate, but I would give the lovely people another chance...

The Moosbauer can be reached both from the Inn Valley and from the east via small tar roads. The restaurant is open from Thursday to Sunday and can be fully recommended. The service is extremely attentive and the food is of the best quality.

The visit to the Alpenhof Moosbauer was nice, the people were very nice, the hospitality was good and the food was very tasty. The grandchildren were allowed to pet the farm's own goats. The goat's milk is processed here into products that are served with meals. A great experience. We'd love to come back.

We actually just wanted to go for a nice hike, but the parking space was wasted and in no time we were stuck deep in the snow. In some desperation we were referred to the “Wirtschaft Moosbauer”. Without further ado, the farmer got his son, drove me up to the car and pulled us out. After a tip, we wanted to stop by for dinner - but after all the excitement we were exhausted and went home again.As soon as we are back in the area we will reschedule our visit.Such friendly, uncomplicated and direct help... THANK YOU. :)
