The houses are modern and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering. There is also a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The community center can also be booked for family celebrations (birthdays, weddings, ...). Lake Bärwalder is close by with a swimming area.

We had booked a tiny house for a week. Checking in was easy using the key safe. The house is an ideal size for 2 people and invites you to feel comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, so you can easily provide yourself with food. There is also air conditioning, without which it would probably have been quite unbearable inside when the outside temperature was over 30°C. Only the bathroom could have used a few more centimeters in length and width to accommodate a proper sink and a larger shower. Unfortunately, you had the pleasure of coming up close and personal with the shower curtain every day. But that's just a small point of criticism, the rest is definitely convincing. We will come back!

We stayed in the Tinyhouse Bosse and spent 4 lovely days there. The house is really beautiful from the outside and inside and you can observe nature and the stars through the large window front. There are actually no baby beds included in the tiny houses, but one was put in our room.A few trees and a shady playground would be nice(-:It would also be great if you could book breakfast in the Arche restaurant as part of your house booking.All in all it was very nice and we will definitely come back!

We enjoyed staying at Skan Park for the last weekend in August. The house was great, clean and bright.The location is very good for swimming, cycling, SUB,....We decided to go out for breakfast, which was a mistake. Since it was a closed party on Saturday there was nothing. So we drove to the bakery in Boxdorf. There was still Sunday, we thought. But there was no breakfast because she was alone. Strange since the closed group got breakfast on Saturday. 🤔We'll be back, BUT with our own breakfast.

We had a wonderful holiday at Bärwalder See in SKAN-PARK. We had a holiday home that left nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Everything is very modernly furnished. The complex is laid out in a circle, so there are no problems with the neighbors. The Arche restaurant is very easy to reach and is currently being completed. But it wasn't a problem for us because it really wasn't loud and the worst work was already finished. The menu has a very good breakfast selection - but relatively expensive. We had dinner once and it tasted very good. However, the daily offering isn't quite to our taste. But that's just a matter of taste.All in all, a highly recommended place with beautiful scenery and a very clean lake. You can go on bike rides or take beautiful walks.

This was our second time in Skan Park and we were very satisfied again. The houses are clean and very modern. Everything you need for a longer stay is there.The price-performance ratio is reasonable.Highly recommended! 👍

We booked two of the houses for our group trip and were again super satisfied. The houses are modern and beautifully equipped with everything you need. The location is ideal. Just a few minutes walk and you are at the harbor with a restaurant. The beach is also just around the corner. Ideal for groups and families. There are also mini houses for couples.Definitely recommended!

We rented 2 houses. Both of these houses were very clean and modern. There was a grill on the terrace and enough space. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach. There is a very modern restaurant right next to Skan Park. The food was super delicious. Overall, Skan Park is highly recommended for families or friends outings. We'd love to come back.

The prices are tough, but that doesn't come as a surprise. Everything is very modernly furnished, there could be a bit more shade from trees and generally more greenery but all in all you won't be disappointed.

Super nice, cozy house. There were two of us in a tiny house. Very stylishly furnished, everything you need. Uncomplicated check-in and check-out. Very nice staff. Nothing to complain about. Great, quiet location and close to the beach. Highly recommended.

Very pretty tiny house!Were here for a few days and really enjoyed the peace and quiet in the region. The accommodation was very clean and the air conditioning was extremely valuable given the current temperatures. The lake is ideal for bathing and swimming. In a few days the Break the Rules Festival is right next door, so I think the peace and quiet will be over for a few days. :D But as I said, everything was great for us and we'd love to come back. :)PS: We were also able to test the new Arche restaurant. In our opinion, the prices are quite high and cakes and pastries could be improved. But you have a wonderful view of the lake.
