A hotel with absolutely no service. You get the room key from the safe after a phone call. No possibility to get anything to drink or eat. No breakfast option in the hotel or surrounding area.However, the connection to Berlin by car is ideal.

ZERO stars!!!!Couldn't travel due to health reasons.Had to transfer the amount of €140 in advance for one night without breakfast.We canceled the room by email over a week in advance.There was no reply to the email nor a refund!!!!Disgrace!!!!Service is zero.But according to friends from Dallgow, there were probably three changes of ownership within a year.The Park Hotel probably doesn't need any guests!!!!

Not recommended.Heating doesn't work, and that at 1 degree at night.Silicone needs to be replaced, I have mold.Carpet needs to be cleaned urgently.You have to put in a little work here, then it can be really good here. Then the reviews will also get better.And you should also clean the bathroom every now and then, especially if you have guests staying for a week.I took out the trash myself.

4 degrees outside temperature, no heating in the room. (Ice cellar) The carpets are dirty, the curtains are 50 years old. I'm just a craftsman, but that's beneath me. It's a shame, nice house but unkempt.

As a field service worker, I often travel to hotels. This was the worst hotel in recent years.Heating in the room broken, thin blanket - slept in a jacket and sweatpants!Elevator broken. Carpet floor disgustingly dirty, partially covered with carpet.Internet only worked in the hallway. Faucet broken, holes in the wall, curtain broken.The church next door calls every 30 minutes!No breakfast, dining room + bar closed. A look inside shows visible mold on the ceiling.A rip-off for the price of over €100, unfortunately an absolute emergency solution during trade fairs in Berlin.Better to go to a hostel for €40.There is a great need for renovation here.

Even one star is too good.With some of the “positive feedback” it is quite questionable for us whether these comments are not simply bought.Because we ourselves can only agree with the negative comments.We had rented the Parkhotel for 4 weeks, but since we noticed the first defects after moving in, we reported this to the owner.She was never there herself, only her father was always there.She made every effort to get this sorted.No sooner said than done... Her father took over together with the "caretaker"Agreed times set by the owner were not adhered to.At some point the caretaker was able to arrange to come over.He then installed a shelf in each closet, but assembled them completely incorrectly and then installed them in the closet or just put them inside.Starting with the mold in the cupboards, moldy shower, absolutely hidden coffee machine, no warm water in the kitchen and bathroom, the sink to the fact that the sockets only worked when the main lighting was on.There were no shelves in the closets, just a clothes rail.In the bathroom, according to the father's statement, the owner informed us that the privacy filmPrevented from looking into the bathroom.But this wasn't the case.The vacuum cleaner in the accommodation didn't suck, it just blew the air out.After all the shortcomings we have mentioned,The owner kicked us out after exactly a week and banned us from the house.The outside camera was twisted so that it was pointed into our apartment.It was assumed to us that there was a suspicion that this apartment would be deliberately destroyed and that this would be presented as the "as is" condition when rented.After the owner drove to our home address and wrote down the phone number of our caretaker and property management in the hallway, she called our caretaker and threatened him.She would send her “gorillas” to clean up.The entire park hotel should be closed.And the health department must be informed!And all for a price of €200 per night!Here are a few pictures of us...

I do not recommend it, it is cold in the room, a maximum of 18° during the day, the heat is turned off at all! The floor and chairs are dirty from time, the curtains are torn like in some horror movie....they are just old and need dry cleaning or updating(((Do not waste your time and money, a room for €120, which is constantly cold and does not even have breakfast - it is not worth the money!!!

The worst hotel I have ever visited. 1 star is still too much. Reception is only open for advance payment, otherwise the entire lower compartment is locked including the main entrance. There is no breakfast. The only way to get to your floor is via the fire escape. Rooms are absolutely shabby and the carpets are completely covered in stains. The (hotel) was actually supposed to be closed due to security issues. Absolutely miserable.

I was there at 4:00 p.m., the room wasn't ready and I still had to wait about 10 minutes. Wherever the room was supposedly ready, I was able to get in. The bathroom still had hair from previous guests and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed either.

Have you always wanted to spend the night in a lost place? Do you love escape rooms? Do you have a strong immune system? Then you've come to the right place!Otherwise: find another place to stay overnight!The area is completely overgrown and you can hardly find the entrance. The main entrance has apparently been closed for years, you can only get in through side entrances. If you have a suitable key. Otherwise it means: find a door where your key fits! Very adventurous!The elevator was switched off, and apparently so was the hot water. But taking a cold shower is supposed to be healthy.The carpets are totally dirty and it smells like mold. This probably comes from the lower floor, which has been disused and is happily moldering away.The shortage of skilled workers has not stopped at Dallgow! Electricians are hard to come by, so there is some questionable wiring in the hotel. The smoke detector was lying in the closet with no battery! Safety is very important here!Luckily there is no breakfast in this residence, but you can't expect that with a room price of just under 100 euros per night.I won't book here again!

Our car broke down and we had to find some accommodation nearby instantly very late in the evening. The host was extremely nice to us, offered the room and helped us find it and getting in, despite it being very late in the evening. The room was very nice. The price was a bit on the high side, but I guess it's OK to pay a bit extra under those circumstances.
