We booked 9 rooms for our wedding party last weekend. I have to say, the contact with Ms. B. was great in advance - I have rarely experienced such a friendly and courteous person in service. Really great. But then the stay came and everything positive was immediately overshadowed. The rooms are sometimes good, sometimes not so good. The single rooms at the front are small but comfortably designed with a really nice terrace. However, many of the rooms at the back are getting very old and our "honeymoon suite" with the advertised beautiful covered terrace was unfortunately really not inviting. Our photographer was supposed to photograph the "dressing" and it was very pointless to make it a little "nice" in the surroundings. The terrace floor was very dirty and the doormat was also unsightly.I would like to praise the breakfast positively. That was - apart from the staff - very good. It was also great that we were all able to sit together at a large table. Really - Mrs. B. arranged that and a big THANK YOU for that! But now to the staff (as I said, Ms. B. is EXCEPTED) and especially to Ms. O. How unbelievably unfriendly and cheeky at the same time can you actually be? You can have a bad day, yes - humanly, but she was incredibly unfriendly on Saturday and Sunday. Respect is certainly a foreign word for the lady. What did she bark and complain about - an absolute no go!Examples? Gladly!- My nephew leaned on the edge of the breakfast bar so that he could stand on his tiptoes and look at the contents of the top basket. What would come to mind? He should stop doing that.- My sister-in-law asked whether there was quark or yogurt in the bowl. She was barked at what she thought would be in it if the yoghurt was there... The yoghurt wasn't right next to it and there's no reason to get so mushy. The choice of words alone is outrageous! But it goes further...- My parents-in-law (both around 80 years old) were sitting at the breakfast table shortly after 10 a.m. and waited there for us until we had vacated our rooms. You were asked very rudely what else you would think of sitting there, it would be after 10 o'clock. My mother-in-law runs a tourist business herself and has never experienced anything like that and was so angry about being snapped at.- My partner was asked several times every time he walked past the reception to finally hand in the conclusions. It was shortly after 10 a.m. - check out would be possible until 11 a.m. and he was in the process of taking all the stuff out from his parents - hence the many aisles. He just replied annoyed that he would hand over the key when the rooms were vacated.- Friends of ours were barked at why you hadn't paid yet - I was there when Mrs. O. told you there was no rush - you can go to the room first. There is more to list...Ms. O was rude, unfriendly and aggressive in her choice of words. Unfortunately, she spoiled our entire stay and also the mood after the wedding...We wouldn't book the hotel again.

The staff is only friendly to Germans.A very clean hotel, good location, wonderful breakfast and excellent rooms with a terrace. Unfortunately the staff is only friendly to Germans. Both older ladies at the reception were very rude to me. I am originally from Ukraine, but have a German passport. On Saturday the blonde older lady spoke very friendly to my friend, a German. She didn't even look at me or greet me. On Sunday, during breakfast, another older lady, a brunette, suddenly began to reprimand me because, in her opinion, I had taken my cereal incorrectly. When I asked her where the milk was, she shouted at me: “Don't see, over there!” I replied that they shouldn't shout at me so loudly because I understand German well, and left. She then shouted even louder after me. All the guests in the restaurant heard this and it made me very uncomfortable. At the same time, she was absolutely polite and extremely friendly to my friend, a German. I would like to come back to this hotel but I have to think about it as foreigners don't seem to be welcome here, even with a German ID card.P.S: My boyfriend didn't like it either, but we decided not to seek confrontation since it was my boyfriend's birthday.

Interior is a bit older but well preserved and above all very clean. Spacious room. 5 minutes walk to the Rhine, 2 minutes to the thermal baths. Good Asian restaurant in the hotel. Very good FrühDE200269419 piece for a quite small hotel.

We had a really good breakfast. The location is not that nice. But the price-performance ratio is really great. It is possible to store bicycles in a locked garage. We particularly liked the fact that there was a Chinese restaurant right next to the hotel. It tasted great.Rooms are no longer completely modern, but really clean.

I got a double room for a single room. The dog was free and there was a huge balcony but it had a strange roof and so there was no sun on it (that was a shame) but it only had sun on Saturday for the three days. It was a water bed and a huge bath with 2 sinks. Great large room, everything was super clean, 1.5 liters of water and when it was empty there was a new one. I got a kettle when I asked. Breakfast was also good, even quark and a bowl of fruit. The boss was very nice and the service staff too. I would come back with a room to the front with a balcony. The huge balcony would have to be different then it would be great. Thanks for the nice stay
