This is the worst place to stay at. If you want your vacation to be ruined book this hotel.First of all they sent me an email to do a self check in as there would be no one at the reception. The self check in went well, but the second night we had an event to attend and we arrived very late. As we arrived, the key card was not working anymore. We tried multiple time and it was not working and once again there was no one at the reception. I reached out to Expedia to reach someone responsible to help us and that was unsuccessful. I even gave him the number we had for emergency and nobody was responding.We spent the night in our car and only had a new key when the person responsible for the breakfast arrived at 6am.Now they refuse to reimburse me and they tell me my story is a lie. I have proof of videos and my conversation with Expedia that they were telling me that no one is answering the phone.

This hotel is an imposition. The staff is moderately friendly. When we left the room in the morning, one of the women who seemed to be cleaning the rooms asked if our room should be cleaned too and I said: please, yes. When we returned in the evening nothing had happened. The room was in the same condition as when we left. The bed wasn't made, no fresh towels, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, the soap dispenser was empty, the curtain was half torn down, nothing. Apparently no one had entered the room. We didn't get an explanation, nobody felt responsible, and the reception was rarely staffed.

Simple but good hotel. No bar, no cafe, no restaurant. No bike rental. Cheap for that. The breakfast is rich. Rooms were always clean, plus point: the rooms can be darkened with a blind. Quiet location, no noise at night. The room is very small, the bathroom is tiny. Old town can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Price performance is right.

Nice clean rooms with a balcony. Good facilities in the rooms and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, there are no fly screens on the windows and the Brandenburg mosquitoes can be a bit annoying at times. The bathroom is well equipped, but far too small. There are sufficient parking spaces available. Drinks vending machines are available in the entrance area.

- approx. 15 - 20 minutes walk from the city center- smooth check-in & uncomplicated check-out- Parking space included- Elevator available- Breakfast available for an additional charge- All rooms have a balcony or terrace- In the hotel itself there are small, well thought-out, useful amenities, such as drinks machines (please refill them!) and microwaves, which are freely available 24/7- We deliberately booked one of the smallest rooms, probably around 18m², which was completely fine for our short stay. Unfortunately, the balcony, including the chairs on it, was quite dirty, which was probably due to the construction site of the two DHH directly. was owed. The soap/shower gel dispenser in the shower was empty. A bath mat or a corresponding, additional towel for this purpose was also missing.

Clean rooms all with balconies, but the bathroom is very small. Breakfast is very good, everything is available (scrambled eggs, various rolls, bread, cereal, fruit, etc.) Service is friendly and quick. Is fully recommended

Room 205 was big enough, really meticulously clean and very quiet. You hardly hear anything from other guests. The bed is extremely comfortable and the entire furnishings are modern and high quality. Luggage system, cloakroom, free WiFi and parking space, everything is there.In terms of price without breakfast, the double room is also completely okay. However, the breakfast itself is slightly overpriced. But also very tasty, fresh and with some highlights.Conclusion: high-quality, quiet rooms at a reasonable price. I will come again 👍

The 3 bedroom apartment was a nice size and could accommodate 10 people. The bathroom was very modern and new.The kitchen had everything you need. Except for salt and baking paper.Unfortunately we had problems with the room card, but the problem was solved over the phone.Otherwise the apartment was very clean and tidy. We only spent 1 night there but it is also great for a longer stay. Please note that the climb to the apartment is not suitable for disabled people.We spent the time there with children aged 8 months to 9 years.
