More appearance than reality!We went there for dinner with friends on Easter Monday. Three out of four guests ordered spinach dumplings. I've eaten these in a number of restaurants in the area and they were good to very good everywhere. But this one? There were three large dumplings wrapped together on the plate, covered in balsamic sauce! One guest immediately returned the dish and ordered a small bowl of French fries. I should have done the same, but I was hungry and so ate the dumplings with contempt for death. The third guest didn't like the spinach dumplings either, but ate them too. At least I would have been better off letting her go straight back... You can't expect that from a guest! The waiter was also a bit overwhelmed and often only came after two reminders. At the end he actually expected a tip, which of course I didn't pay. We also made our displeasure with the food more than clear. The question is whether it made it into the kitchen. In any case, the dining room looks very Bavarian, but the food was a disaster!

On the homepage “warm food until 8:30 p.m.”. Arrived at 8:05 p.m. and was informed in a relatively unfriendly manner that "the kitchen was closed at 7:30 p.m., there was nothing going on...". Funny that the restaurant and the winter garden were quite full...

Hello. We were there three weeks ago and everything was great. Only the food wasn't particularly good.The sauerbraten was missing that certain something and tomatoes were used in the sauce, which is unusual for sauerbraten and the sauce was also curdled.Then to the boiled beef, the meat was completely overcooked and had a slightly brownish mush with a horseradish flavor. There was also half a boiled potato that has seen better days. Then the tasteless vegetables were just pulled out of the water and one bean was also hard.Hopefully things will be better in 2004

We were there from June 1st to June 14th, 2022.The room was good and we even had 2 balconies.Were picked up from the train station and brought back again.The food was very good and tasty, especially since the beef comes from our own production.The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and special requests were implemented without discussion.Price/performance were completely OK.

No idea what was going on but our booking was forgotten!!!! Nobody was there when we wanted to check in at 1 p.m. Searched everywhere and found someone on the property!!! Nobody answered our calls!!! After a while we found the cook of the adjoining inn. He then called the landlady's son.The poor guy tried to help and then gave us the key to the rented holiday apartment. When we entered we were shocked. The holiday apartment wasn't prepared at all!!! Not a single room was prepared!!!! When asked, he called his mother and read her the email correspondence that we had brought with us. She had forgotten about us!!! Until then, humanly, it can happen. But then they weren't willing or able to give us another one. We would have waited to give them the opportunity to finish the apartment and then come back later.We were asked to find another place to stay because they wouldn't be able to do anything for us due to a lack of staff!Don't forget, we had booked, it was confirmed by email!!!So on Monday, after driving 673 kilometers, we were left with nothing!!! All attempts to get another accommodation at such short notice failed. The long-awaited vacation, the joy gone!! We had to start our journey home with deep sadness. We will never book there again and reserve the right to make recourse claims.What we experienced is the very last!!!!

Holiday apartment used, really good and very solid accommodation, not a fancy one, beds absolutely comfortable, kitchen well equipped, landlady very nice, bread rolls can be ordered daily upon request and brought to the door, panorama from the window and balcony incomparable, inn In the evening you can reach it directly via the farm, if you like cross-country skiing you have the cross-country ski trail on your doorstep, all tourist destinations can be easily reached by bus, using the guest card makes it possible and the car has well-deserved rest time. What's missing? Actually nothing - except perhaps an additional armchair in the apartment - for even more comfort :)
