We were completely satisfied. Everything was as we imagined. Very nice hosts, the service was good, the rooms were clean and in very good condition. The breakfast was simple but plentiful and good 👍. I was there last year (so it's the second time I've been here) and we've already booked again for next year. We'd love to come back and are looking forward to it 😀.LG Timo and Anja

Optimal position for the mountain trails of the area and for walking on the lake. Full cleanliness, room with a wonderful view. The owners are very hardworking, kind and set a standard that results in a very pleasant stay. We would gladly return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The price/performance ratio was very good. From the balcony we had a magnificent view of the mountains. Hosts were very friendly and gave lots of helpful tips for exploring. There is a bakery and an ATM right opposite. The bus connection is also very good. Thank you :)

We stayed in this beautiful accommodation in August 2023 and had a relaxing holiday. The hosts are very friendly and ensure a good atmosphere. The rooms are well equipped with a large balcony. Breakfast is served directly to the table in a breakfast room. We particularly liked the fact that you get cold drinks at a really fair price (e.g. bottle of water €1). You can take the drinks yourself from a shared fridge and then write down the exact number. All costs will be settled at the end. All tourist activities are within walking distance and the holiday resort has something to offer for all age groups.Only the bathroom could be a little bigger. There was also a lack of soap at the sink and a more regular change of towels (changed every three days) would be desirable. However, it's not a hotel and for the price it's unbeatable. We would love to come back next year and are already looking forward to our next vacation. :)

This is our second time in this guesthouse. The location is ideal for us, all destinations can be easily reached from here. The rooms, like the entire guesthouse, are very clean. The innkeeper couple are friendly and accommodating. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable. In short: highly recommended.

My wife and I wanted to book three nights at the Alpenblick guesthouse over Easter 2023. The free occupancy plan gave us hope.The answer to our inquiry in the guest house was that for the high season 20237 nights would be necessary.Unfortunately we did not find such a requirement on the website. In the future, we would like such an important booking criterion to be mentioned on the website.Unfortunately our Easter vacation doesn't last 7 nights.Marion and Michael Sips

Stay 3 days in the Alpenblick guesthouse, double room for sole use on the 2nd floor, with balcony and wonderful view of Kehlstein, Göll, Brett and Jenner. Everything was sparkling clean.The room furnishings were functional, the shower/toilet was newly renovated and very nice.I found the breakfast sufficient and the homemade jam delicious. The landlord was very attentive.Various drinks are offered in a refrigerator at reasonable prices.The location of the accommodation in Unterstein is ideal. Bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, tourist information, Kneipp facilities and bus stops are in the immediate vicinity.Gladly again.

I was there with my dad over Pentecost and we were very satisfied 😊 the couple was very friendly and personable. Everything was explained to us in detail upon arrival, which we thought was great. The room (No. 1) was simply furnished in a typically older style and clean with great pictures and 1 window and 2 patio doors, which I also liked 👍 the balcony was a dream 😍 it went around the corner and you had a fantastic view. The only minus point was the bathroom, which was very small 🙈 but it was still manageable 👍Breakfast was absolutely delicious, the sausage and cheese tasted really fresh and the homemade jam 😍 It was never a problem to ask for more butter etc: ) I think it's great too, it's better to ask again before throwing away leftovers. In the hallway there were two refrigerators available and cheap drinks, of which there was a large selection.We really enjoyed the evenings in the room and on the balcony😊 Definitely recommended 👍
