We were guests of the Monat family several times and once again felt very comfortable and enjoyed a great holiday.The accommodation is very clean, has a wonderful view and offers everything you need. If there are special requests, the landlady is always willing to listen.The landlords are very friendly and helpful, so I can't understand some of the reviews. Bringing e-bikes isn't a problem either; as always, we had some with us. It goes without saying that you don't leave it in the middle of the hallway to charge the batteries. To do this, you should simply remove the battery from the bike and take it with you to your accommodation.In any case, we thank you for the wonderful weeks and have already booked our next vacation there!

Not recommendable!!!!!Two things are positive: on the one hand, the cleanliness and on the other hand, the view.One negative thing to mention is that there is no willingness to help, nothing is explained regarding garbage and fresh towels, everything has to be asked for. The only thing that was pointed out to us was that we should pay attention to the cats!E-bikes are not welcome as they need to be charged and there is a surcharge of 1 euro per bike per day.The daughter is very unfriendly and moody and not at all service-oriented.We were accused of being too loud and asked to leave the property!!!

We stayed with Fam. Monat in June 2020.We had a holiday apartment on the ground floor with a view of Lake Simssee.The hosts were very nice. The apartment was clean and tidy.There was a parking space and a garage for bicycles.Host and apartment are recommended.

Was a guest at Fam. Monat for 1 week in May 19 as an individual.Great room with a direct view of the Simssee and the Alps.Very new, well-kept room with a south-facing balcony.Everything is tip top and functional. LED TV 32-40 inches. Extra radio. Balcony table brand new. Parking spaces directly in front of the building.Nice view of the mountains from the bed. Landlady nice and accommodating.Everything to my complete satisfaction. Price/performance: grade 1.Advantage: The thermal baths and Simssee Clinic + Kurfer Hof and Local B306 are easily accessible on foot.Conclusion: I'll be back in June for 2-3 weeks.Stangl Michael 66 years

Was in an apartment on the ground floor.The apartment was dirty with cat hair on all the seats.It's best not to use the vacuum cleaner, as a scent from the litter box comes out.
