Very nice accommodation 😍 Clean and very pleasant environment with a beautiful view. The restaurant at the bottom of the building is also great. It's certainly not the last time we'll be here and we'd love to come back sometime. 😊

Very nice hotel / gasthaus. It is super cozy furnished with lots of decorations. The rooms are newly renovated and beautiful. Everything is of very good quality. There is a shared kitchen, which is also convenient.The only downside to the rooms is that they face a road which, however, does not have much traffic at night.Service is also good. Having mistakenly been allocated a booked room, we went down to the pub and chatted to the very nice proprietor. She quickly arranged the correct room for us.

For us locals a absolute marvel with a breath taking view from the terrace and a breath of fresh air in a slightly over aged town. Finally a Irish Pub! Almost no more to say to that, but it is one in the true spirit of Irish hospitality and social gathering. The owners family is wonderful, interesting and inviting. You will for sure feel home. And the food is also made with love. There is no menu on the web as it changes, but let them surprise you. It will be a good surprise......

A great place to stay overnight.The room was nicely decorated and clean. Since we had eaten on the way, we didn't go to the in-house pub. But he also looked nice.If there was still breakfast... 🤷🏻♂️

It was perfect !!A great hostel, close to the lakes,Despite the road, no nuisance with very good soundproofing!And a magnificent decor,I loved the ambiance, the bed was very comfortable, no noise in the evening,A fully equipped shared kitchen is availableAnd for a very affordable price compared to other accommodation nearby!Do not hesitate !(Dog ok without extra charge!! Thanks for that!!Wifi which works very wellParking spaces next to the hostel)

My stay at the "Sleeping Goat" was thoroughly delightful, especially due to the culinary evenings at "The Laughing Goat". The food was consistently delicious, and the cocktails were perfectly mixed. The kitchen deserves high praise, but the real star of the evening was always Rachel, the vibrant soul behind the bar. Her ability to communicate in both English and German made every conversation a pleasure. I will deeply miss the atmosphere and warm hospitality provided by Rachel and Vicky. I am certain that I will return. Thank you for a memorable time!

Incredibly charming house, rooms and hosts. Everything was clean and there was a great pub included. We didn't sleep well but that's more to do with us. The blankets were a bit heavy but otherwise it was a really great house.

Checking in is very easy online, the key is in the key box. House and rooms beautifully furnished (with great attention to detail), bathrooms modern and clean. We slept really well and would come back in a heartbeat.We had dinner in the associated pub in the basement:Also very nice ambience, friendly and quick service. Reuben sandwich was great, the burger was good. Overall, highly recommended.If we are in Berchtesgaden again, then definitely here.

We were in Berchtesgaden for the weekend and stayed at the Sleeping Goat. The key handover is virtually contactless, the rooms were wonderful! Super furnished, very comfortable and a very nice bathroom. The view from the balcony is just as enchanting and there is also a beautiful, spacious balcony from the stairwell. I also found the kitchen very practical for breakfast. In the evening we went to the associated restaurant, simply great! It's almost a shame that it was only one night. Also practical for skiing due to the proximity to the ski areas

I expected a lot less, which meant I was a lot more surprised. The rooms are beautiful, tidy. You have a breathtaking view and check-in is super easy.This is an inn to stay at.Next year, I should come here again.

Very nice guesthouse with a pleasant check-in system. The room was very nice and the bathroom was modern and clean. The common rooms invite you to linger and relax.A bit difficult to reach for holidaymakers without a car.
