Very beautiful and lovingly furnished rooms and hallways.Beautiful location and even better views of the mountains from the property. I can and will only recommend it! If I'm in the area again, I know where to stay :)

We have been here several times and always enjoy coming back. The hosts are very welcoming. The rooms are great. You have a beautiful view and a lot of peace. The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. Keep it up, dear Bliem family.

Cosy, with amazing view and nice, quiet surrounding area. The room was clean and well equipped. And of course the Owners were very friendly and helpful. It's a nice place for children - a see-saw, a slide, ball ... and a lot of green space in the garden. I recommend this place!

Difficult to do better! A welcome like at home, superb rooms with breathtaking views of the Bavarian Alps, mountain air, a stone's throw from Salzburg and the spa town of Bad Reichenhall, a German breakfast and great plentiful etc... in short, forget about hotels and try this type of accommodation! Thanks to Ms. Bliem who is wonderful!
