We were guests of the Obinger family for 5 days. We were greeted very, very friendly and treated very nicely throughout the day. The apartment was very tidy and absolutely clean. In addition, everything was very well equipped, the kitchen left nothing to be desired. We felt very comfortable throughout our entire stay and can only recommend the guest house.

We were guests of the Obinger family for 14 days in August as we took a sailing course on Lake Chiemsee. My husband and I arrived and immediately felt at home here. The apartment (5) is modern, high quality, well maintained and equipped with everything you need. Particularly worthy of mention are the always extremely friendly landlords, who were open to everything and had good tips. The bread roll service and the quiet and great location close to the lake rounded off the highly recommended holiday accommodation. A big thank you to the Obinger family, who have created a place where their guests can only feel comfortable.

On vacation you want to arrive and feel comfortable. That's exactly what is possible here.We were guests in holiday apartment 4 of the Obinger guesthouse. This was tastefully and high quality furnished and has a large balcony.The apartment, building and outdoor area make a very inviting impression. The landlords are very friendly and always feel available. In addition to the bread roll service and the always well-stocked drinks fridge, the absolutely quiet location should also be mentioned.

We were there for a week at the end of July. Found a very modern and above-average well furnished holiday apartment. The Obinger family themselves were extremely friendly. 5 minute walk down to the lake. Only recommended. We'd love to come back.

We spent a relaxing week's holiday in a beautifully and fully furnished holiday apartment with a south-facing balcony and a view of the mountains. The cleanliness was extraordinary. The support from the owner was warm and attentive. We'd love to come back. We particularly liked the bread roll service and the well-stocked drinks fridge. The kitchen equipment left nothing to be desired in terms of pots, appliances and dishes.

Beautiful, modern and newly furnished apartment with a covered south-facing balcony. Great for breakfast or a beer after a hike. Super nice family, we felt very comfortable and would come back at any time. The house is located a little further up in Gstadt, right next to the forest with a beautiful view of the mountains. The village can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
