We were lucky enough to get to know Camping Seehäusl under the direction of the extremely friendly and warm Marina. This place had a soul!It was such a beautiful place right on the lake with a great restaurant and an incredibly nice and service-oriented team. We felt really comfortable from the first moment and are very sad that the place is now closed. There will certainly be no comparable place left. And that's a real shame...

Disrespectful and lack of empathy... My 4 year old son urgently needed to go to the toilet. We were only granted access after discussion and sentences like - 'we're not a public toilet' or 'what would you do if we were closed?'Shameful how little compassion is shown towards a small child and how condescendingly one is treated.

Very nice operators, small but nice, everything lovingly prepared. Direct access to the lake. Quiet, remote, but with a bike in the immediate vicinity of Chieming and therefore a baker and butcher

We vacationed here for 5 days. The space is very small and therefore you stand very close to each other. There's no peace and quiet here if you're unlucky. In our opinion, more for a short downtimee.g. if you want to go to Italy or go somewhere else. Otherwise it is very nice on the lake. The two toilets are just enough, but we had to wait a bit at times. The showers looked nice and were clean too, but there was no hook where you could hang your things. The restaurant has great pizzas for the rest we were compensated for. The pizza there is really, really good... cakes and ice cream are also homemade and they taste great. There was even live piano music in the restaurant.

They completely fill the campsite to capacity. Had a parkplatz via email. When we got there there was nothing available. The man in front of me was also not his placeby. Row. The road was closed with the caravan having to wait so we couldn't get out and had to wait another 45 minutes. I give them a 0 as a point.

A wonderful place with wonderful people, especially the big Bavarian grumpy bear with the huge heart Rainer, who really does everything to make sure the guests are happy!Of course the space is small and tight, you have to have good nerves when maneuvering in some places... or you call for Rainer... he has a mover bulldog... he maneuvers every caravan into the right place within a millimeter!Sure, there are only 2 toilets and showers for men and women... But everything is always clean... and here too it is decorated with so many adorable details...Of course the restaurant isn't open until 5 p.m.But then with fantastically different pizzas, wonderful salads and other delicaciesIf you want, you can always complain!!!But I personally have rarely felt so comfortable, so personally well received... as a solo traveler it can definitely be different, you can be a third class person. Not here! and that in a dream spot on earth with fantastic sunsets.... Camper heart, what more could you want.??.. and here again my special thanks to a special person, thank you very much, dear Rainer, for the wonderful time and the good ones Conversations

Absolutely great campsite. We are currently still here but after a few days all I can say is great service and nice and helpful people. There are enough places. The toilets and showers are clean. 2 toilets and 2 showers are probably a bit small but we (4 girls) were always quick and never had to wait long. Great location and we would come back at any time. Also great for dogs here, direct bathing area for dogs.

Nice location right on the lake. BUT Completely overpriced, had paid >60€ for one night plus the reservation fee of 25€. The strange handling of the reservation, for which you then get rolls, is extremely obscure and perhaps a good deal for long-term guests. But obviously none of the guests there understand this. They didn't want to accommodate us either, if money is the only thing here, I'll definitely not come back.The facilities such as showers etc are ok but not particularly unusual for good campsites.

We had a great time here. Everything is very clean, the staff are always in a good mood and super nice. The pizza 🍕 is a pleasure. The view is a dream. We, 4 adults, 1 child, 1 dog are completely satisfied and can't accept all of these negatives Don't understand the reviews...LG Claudia &Co

Very nicely located. Clean, service good. But the sanitary facilities are clearly not enough for the number of plots. The access to the site is also a bit narrow but the arrival regulations make it okay. Keep it up. UWE.

Unfortunately we were only there for one day with an overnight stay and will definitely come back for longer!Fantastically located small place right on the lake, family run. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that would be a point of criticism is the narrowness of the space if you are really looking for one. We were with a motorhome and found the parceling to be completely OK. The surface of the parking space with gravel - great!The Seehäusl restaurant is also very nice, the food with Italian cuisine is fantastic, but they also serve roast pork. ;) Service seemed a bit overwhelmed - but everything was within limits.Full marks for us and a big thank you to everyone!

We spontaneously stayed at this family-run place for 3 nights in mid-August. We had a nice parking space in the "beach area" with electricity. The lake section belonging to the course is, like many things on this course, designed with attention to detail. The sanitary facilities are clean and nice. Only the quantity is not quite there. The site only has 2 toilets per gender, which occasionally leads to queues.The children helped out at the reception, which is generally a nice thing. However, we were not informed that the beach area was actually only available for one or a maximum of 2 nights, which we only found out the next day. So the question arose as to whether we would have to drive again or change places. We were only able to sort this out after the second night, which left us feeling uneasy for a while.Things are certainly more structured in the off-season, so I can highly recommend the place during this time.

Clear recommendation! Everyone very friendly and helpful. Dogs welcome, even in the lake. The place is small and nice. We felt very comfortable and can clearly recommend the campsite. The food in the restaurant is also very good! The sanitary facilities were also clean. Everything is great!I can't understand the criticism regarding the service, you get 1 pastry + 1 drink per person at breakfast.
