We were invited to a party, the whole atmosphere made a unkempt impression, the toilet 🤢 and when we wanted to drive away from the parking lot that is for hotel guests, we were parked and they said it was only for staff. Food was quite good but not enough staff for 70 people

Unfortunately I can't say anything about the room or location. But looking at the other comments here, I guess I missed a bullet. After booking and paying in advance, the following text was sent to me two weeks before arrival:"We deeply regret your decision to cancel your booking. We take your concerns seriously and would like to accommodate you. For this reason, we hereby confirm that you can cancel your booking free of charge.We will cover all associated costs. We want to show you that we understand your situation and want to accommodate you.If you have any further questions or concerns, we will be happy to assist you. We thank you for your understanding and hope that we can welcome you again as our valued guest in the future."So any standard text, without a signature. The first thing I thought was a phishing scam, I have no idea. Compare email addresses, then asked what that meant. Finally it appears that I have canceled the room.This was followed by the following arrogant remark:"Since all hotel rooms are taken, we can no longer offer you rooms.We ask for your understandingBest regardsKind regards, [Your Name]Sent from my iPhone"Absolute amateurs seem to be at work here, re-allocating rooms that have already been paid for. I'm curious to see if and when I'll get my money back.

Well, the hotel. It certainly had very good times in the past, decades ago. However, these are long gone.If you're spontaneously looking for a room and don't have a problem with strange smells and rather creepy decorations, you're in good hands here.However, I can only advise women traveling alone as there is neither staff on arrival nor enough light at the side entrance. Wednesday 5:00 p.m. It's dark and winding here.However, it should be mentioned that it was cozy and warm in the room and the bedding looked good. The mattress itself wasn't sagging and the bed didn't creak.

“Yesterday’s baby shower in the restaurant was simply perfect! The food was incredibly delicious and delighted all the guests. The staff was not only friendly but also extremely attentive and made everyone feel comfortable. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience – it made the celebration very special!”

By far the worst “hotel” I have ever had.Arrival was difficult. I only had to do the night shift in the evening and wanted to sleep again.When we arrived, there was no one at reception. Called multiple times from one cell phone number. After 45 minutes someone finally came.When we arrived in the room we discovered that the windows had zero sound insulation and the curtains let in all the light. The room was loud and bright.The bathroom smelled EXTREMELY musty!!On Saturday they drilled into the house facade and suddenly the drill was in my room.I will never enter this place again!!!

We actually had an appointment to visit today because we were planning to celebrate our wedding here, the boss wasn't there despite the agreed time and an employee said he would come in 20-30 minutes, that alone is an absolute nonsense.Despite the fact that the boss of the house wasn't there, we were allowed to take a look at the location, unfortunately everything looks very run down (especially the outside area) and there is obviously still some construction work in the kitchen, we left after 2 minutes because The location is absolutely not possible, at least not for the prices.We personally cannot recommend the Adlerpalast under any circumstances.
