Ms. Holtz welcomed me very nicely and took me to the room. The inn is in a very quiet location and I felt comfortable. The mattress is new and of excellent quality. There is a parking space in front of the house, also for larger vehicles.

A wonderful little hotel, just the way I like it. A great, busy landlady who makes you feel like you're in good hands and is well looked after. A family atmosphere.And the quiet location is of course fantastic. The beautiful garden behind it invites you to relax.

We were looking for a central location to explore the eastern Baltic Sea coast and found it via Google at Gasthof Holtz. The inn is in a quiet location, centrally located between Rügen and Usedom, just outside Greifswald. The rooms are lovingly furnished and very clean. For breakfast there was a rich buffet that left nothing to be desired. Since the weather cooperated, it was an unforgettable vacation for us. Many thanks again to Ms. Holtz for her nice and caring manner. We would come back at any time.

We stayed in the small hotel as a couple over the weekend and had a great time. The inn is very lovingly furnished and the owners were very attentive and friendly. We found a great table for breakfast that left nothing to be desired. There was tea, coffee, fresh rolls/bread, homemade jam and vegetables from our own garden. Also a small bowl of yoghurt with home-made fruit as a topping. All in all, a completely successful feel-good weekend. We would come back at any time!

We felt very comfortable there! The welcome from the owner was very friendly. At check-in there was a tour of the booked suite, with explanations on how to use the equipment. Our suite, consisting of a spacious living and dining area with kitchen, bedroom, small dressing room and bathroom, was modern and lovingly furnished. A coffee machine with fresh coffee beans was also available to us. The suite also had a small furnished terrace with a view of the beautiful garden. You definitely get something for your money here!

My husband and I were there for a weekend to relax. The suite was very large and nicely decorated. The breakfast was OK and sufficient. Crunchy rolls 👍.We had a very intensive conversation with the hosts and felt very comfortable.See you again soon perhaps.

If you want to feel at home, you've come to the right place. The house is simple, clean and cozy. However, you need a mobile vehicle (car) to explore the surrounding areas such as Greifswald or Stralsund or to do shopping. But anyone looking for peace and relaxation can find it there.

The room is clean and tidy. Very comfortably furnished. The hostess is incredibly friendly and warm. A loving breakfast awaited us every morning. If you're looking for a few days to relax, you've come to the right place. Simply recommended.

I don't leave the house until shortly after 7:00. I was already with the customer at 6:30, I can prove that. After I arrived at the hotel they ranted their tirades for 15-20 minutes. Then I paid. That was exactly at 10:50 (I can prove it with the calculation). So it can't be that I didn't arrive until 12:00. A colleague called me at 8:30 a.m. and said they said I hadn't paid. Maybe you should wait until the official check out time is over. Until then, it is my right to leave the room and take the key with me. Since I couldn't check out beforehand and there was a bit of a delay with the customer, I wasn't there until 10:20-10:30. I should have called again to say I was late, but I finally paid by 10:00. When they greeted me, they said that they had been waiting for me for hours and had therefore missed the appointment. For hours? So her appointment was during regular business hours. That's why I thought that if you're making appointments during business hours, you'd be better off finding someone to help you instead of fleecing your paying customers. And now they are trying to put themselves in a better light through misrepresentation. Actually, they should apologize for their unacceptable behavior...
