I really have absolutely no demands, I'm a budget traveler, just to say that. But that's really the last thing.I booked the campsite because I liked everything they advertised in the pictures so much, i.e. the trampoline and especially the swimming pool. It's just stupid that everything was closed during my entire stay😡 so far, so shitty. I read in all the other reviews that it was the same with them, so the "renovation work" is 100% fictitious and a lie. It's just stupid that it unfortunately rains a lot in Holland and I was really looking forward to relaxing in the swimming pool and when the sun came out, testing out the trampoline, which was only inflated on the last day of my 10 day vacation😡if you think about it Look what the swimming pool would have cost, we're at 100€ which of course I wanted back so I went to the reception and was brushed off rudely, they didn't feel responsible at all and weren't willing to help in any way. I should complain to booking. I did. After months of back and forth, booking also apologized, but said they couldn't help me even though I was in the right, because it clearly said everything was open and that was simply a lie. But vakantiepark refused to give me my money back, even after months of back and forth. I'm beyond angry and if I had legal protection insurance or a nice lawyer, I would definitely report it. That's cheating😡Resteraunt wasn't open for a single day either, as you can read in many other reviews, so it was permanently closed again and the advertising that it was open was again a scam. Something like that is absolutely anti-social, I'm still in training and I'm really annoyed that I threw so much money out the window. Oh yes, this sort of thing doesn't normally bother me at all, but since I'm angry I'll mention it anyway: it's true that it's dirty, I was allowed to clean the toilet and wash the pan first. And it's also good that you can't ignore the costs for the pet if I booked and paid for 6 people alone, especially after I had already complained that everything was closed, as compensation or something, no, I had to pay 😂🤦 🏽Be that as it may, the only positive thing you can say is that the surrounding area is an absolute dream in terms of landscape, you just have to be weatherproof and take a rain jacket with you, but I think you know that before you go on holiday in Holland 😁

Booked a 4 day holiday in this park 3 months ago. The other day they wrote to us that the park has problems with the municipality, and therefore there is no opportunity to relax there. They cannot return the money. They offered options in other parks, but they didn’t suit us. In the end, we had to agree to one of the parks. The price of 4 days costs about 200 euros, but we paid 311 euros. They also refuse to refund the difference in price.

On a trip with friends. We decided to turn to this campsite in low season to relax... We arrived around 6 p.m. and headed towards the reception which was... Closed (although open until 8 p.m.?) We tried to find someone in the campsite and we come across a lady from the supermarket who clearly sent us away. We tried to call several times. To ring the intercom. To leave messages and emails... In short, the total! After 1h30. We decide to look for a solution and we leave here.Suddenly we were able to take advantage of the entrance to the campsite and the closed barrier! Fortunately it wasn't charged. In short, very unprofessional!!!Review update! A registered letter from a lawyer's office requesting full billing for the rental was sent to me. After 1 month of appeal via Booking and information from lawyers in France. I was able to get rid of it. But this story could have gone very far! In short, go elsewhere

I went last week with my 4 children, my sister has a year-round place thereIt seemed nice to go away for a weekHowever, it was very disappointingChildren were accused of doing soft drugs because they went from one caravan to another after 11pm (between my sister and our caravan).Nothing more to do on the property, everything is dirtyUnfriendlyMy car broke down on Thursday and I asked for 1 extra day to arrange everything through insurance. Not possible according to the operator. I had to book at least 1 week because it is supposedly high season.Almost all the caravans were emptyWe were annoyed that we had to get out of the caravanI stood there with 4 kids not knowing how I was going to get homeI will never go to this campsite again

Unfortunately the price/performance quality is not right at all.Equipment offered, even advertised on the Internet, is defective or not available. Booked seats were changed twice. The price has not been adjusted to the current inadequate offer. Very unfortunate.

This campsite is so run down, all the pictures you see are fake because the swimming pool has been closed for a long time due to a collapsed roof and the theater hasn't been around for a long time. The bungalows are very dirty, it smells like horse manure all the time. There is at most one family on each street and 5% of the bungalows and tents here are inhabited. My children can't make friends here, swim, or play in the playground because it's too dangerous to get injured because of the broken slide. Everything is closed here, no more shops, no more restaurants, everything is closed! Please do not book here and if you have already done so, cancel immediately if you can! Not recommended! I immediately traveled back to my city on the same day because I can't do anything here and there are shops only 5km away

WARNING!The place is a disaster:- The roof of the swimming pool has collapsed and is closed- All children's entertainment is closed: jumping field, the tourist train, etc., everything is deserted- The sanitary facilities are ok, nothing more.- Everything seems to be getting old, maintenance has been completely neglectedThe boldest thing: the price! It's completely incomprehensible how you can spend so much money for this, it's pretty much the worst price-performance ratio I've ever seen. Since almost the entire space is empty, fewer and fewer people seem to be falling for the rip-off - I hope that I can make a further contribution to this.

Saturday morning around 10 o'clock the reception was not open, you have to look at the opening times on the website (just hang them on the door please.)
