I rented a barrel, had pleasant nights and was fresh and rested in the morning to explore the beautiful Harz. The barrel was heated and the sanitary facilities were just around the corner. Everything is very quiet and nature everywhere.

Very nice campsite, in a quiet location with a free choice of campsites. Showers in the yellow house are a little older, but were always clean. The site operators were also very nice. We really liked it there.

50 years old and very beautiful, idyllic place for nature lovers. However, the city of Clausthal-Zellerfeld (mayor, city council) is trying to flatten this idyll and the square in order to generate income. Greed for money and the economic interests of large corporations probably count more than nature and the interests of those seeking relaxation....

Very nice people, great location, clean and well equipped. Maybe it's a bit old, but it's in good shape. The best thing is that it's right next to the forest and one of the many small lakes. Of course there is also a playground.

So we've been in this place for a week now. Sanitary facilities super clean. Showers are warm and best of all, you are free. No clock stresses you out.Staff very friendly and helpfulWe were here with 2 big dogs 🐕The place is perfect for hiking. You can choose your own parking space, which we really liked. So we were able to choose a quiet place with the dogs. The concept was new to us, but we really liked it. It was a beautifully located place, so good that we went next We secured a parking space there for 4 months last year. We also really like the fact that you can book here on a monthly basis.See you next year in October😉

If you are looking for a natural campsite and don't need glamping, this is the right place for you. Generously laid out, spacious in the middle of nature. Long arrival/departure times.Several wash/shower houses spread across the site. All were clean, functional and functional.Gladly again at any time!
