We were there with several families for a birthday. All rooms were not clean but dusty and had lots of spiders. The boss is very grumpy and unfriendly, the rest goes like that, but you don't feel welcome. Breakfast was really good.On the day of departure we had booked riding lessons for our daughter. When we wanted to pay with the room price, we were fobbed off with "who agreed on that" and were told it would be charged separately. The next day there was no one to be found, when we asked we were told we should just go to the riding arena at the agreed time and someone would come. We then waited another hour without knowing whether it would work and ended up driving an hour later with the child crying because no one showed up.Very nice idyllic location, but if you don't feel like having guests and service you should just do something else.

We stopped by there on a walk and were looking forward to coffee and cake. Unfortunately, we were clearly unwelcome. The operators sat at the table with coffee, we said hello, and nothing came back. So we thought they were other guests. When the operator did come to sit with us, he was incredibly unfriendly and stroppy; we were clearly a nuisance. Our question about the cakes was met with rolling eyes and grumbling. We should have left, but we were looking forward to a coffee. The homemade cake was very good. I'm not sensitive, but I've never experienced such rudeness before. Next time you don't want guests, please just say so.It's a shame, because the location is beautiful.

The ambience immediately gives you a holiday feeling, which is very good and I would recommend stopping by to everyone.I can't judge the quality of the rooms, I've never stayed there.

Very scenic location, easy to reach by bike. We were hoping to have found a new destination.Unfortunately, the older staff is rather grumpy and the ice cream has to be eaten at the table. A scoop of ice cream "to take away" to eat at the mill's own playground is not possible. Very unfortunate. Rather unsuitable for young parents with lively small children. But obviously you don't need any new guests...Unfortunately, an email requesting a free room has also remained unanswered for some time.Unfortunately, everything inside is very old, which wouldn't be so bad if it weren't so dingy and unkempt.Unfortunately, our own playground has also seen better days. It's a shame, with a little less grumpiness and a bit of care, there's certainly a lot of potential here.

We were invited here for lunch on Mill Day and were already looking forward to it. Unfortunately we were disappointed 😔 the drinks came quickly, but we had to wait over an hour for lunch, even with a small child and a pre-order. Only after asking did we get our food, which unfortunately wasn't great - the schnitzel was too spicy and the asparagus was partly raw. But what bothered us even more was the fact that two tables who had ordered after us received their food almost half an hour earlier than us. The staff was simply overwhelmed, a shame...

Very quiet location that wasn't too overcrowded even on Men's Day. The innkeepers made every effort to serve us very well and tasty from Wednesday to Friday.
