I am absolutely satisfied, if not the best hotel/apartment I have stayed in so far. Finely and modernly furnished, bed is absolutely ok. Reception, which is located in the hotel in Hagen, is very friendly and always finds a solution, be it receiving packages, printing out emails, etc.

Due to the international quarantine requirements, as an employee based in Norway who mainly works in D-A-CH, I had to stay in the SAXX Business Apartments in Hagen for several months. Perfect, quiet city center location, parking directly at the house, one or two minute walk to a good burger or Italian restaurant with take-away options. There is also a very modern, fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, the fridge of which can be filled by shopping in a supermarket three minutes away. Speaking of modern: “my” apartment impressed with the latest furniture, balconies, rain shower and a spacious room layout. For me, however, the atmosphere in the house was much more important than the infrastructural and equipment features. An escape from an anonymous hotel culture that is often common in Germany. The employees of the perfect cleaning service and the management address the guests by name, give recommendations for restaurants, etc. Therefore, the term “host”, which is often used in Switzerland, would be more than appropriate for the hotel management in this unique location in Hagen. Accordingly, a satisfied guest who spends around 120 days per year in hotels thanks the excellent SAXX team and wishes future guests similarly positive experiences!

I have been a (very satisfied) guest at SAXX *goldberg karree* for 5 months now. The whole process from the first contact, then the spontaneous move in, the friendliness and understanding of the hotel manager Mr. Bruker and his team, the provision of *essential* things (especially in the Corona period), laundry service and and and... simply perfect!Unfortunately, or fortunately, I can now go back to my apartment, which I'm really looking forward to.I will leave the SAXX with a smiling and a crying eye. From the perspective of a *water-damaged* person, I can highly recommend the concept of the SAXX Serviced Apartments. Nobody wants to spend such a long time in a *normal* hotel room but rather experience a normal environment like at home!Great idea by the Krollmann group and great implementation. Thank you very much for everything...absolutely and unreservedly recommended!!!
