Rooms were tidy and the location is great with the amusement park directly opposite.The reception was also very friendly, but when I only got a “oh, the cleaning people forget to close it every now and then” response to “our balcony door wasn’t locked” when we went to get our key, I find it very strange. You can also pick up the key between 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. When we arrived at the reception at 4 p.m. it was not occupied and we and 7 other families were allowed to wait for our key (luckily our apartment wasn't locked 😉) and then the keys were handed out on everyone's call: Reception: "Number 11?" Guest: "here!"Didn't leave a good initial picture either.Nevertheless, the overnight accommodations were very pleasant.PS Be careful, beds are very soft!

Very nice facility with very friendly staff. We have been there twice this year and had a very nice time with our children.The breakfast and dinner buffet was very good, something for everyone and definitely recommended.We'd love to come back.

We spent 2 lovely days at the Seaside Resort and in the Geiselwind leisure area during “Halloween time”. Checking in on site was very easy and the receptionist was very friendly. The facility itself is still new and therefore everything is in top condition (unfortunately a bed cover in the children's room was dirty and there was hair on it). The restaurant is located on the premises of the Seaside Resort. The breakfast and dinner buffet there were very good. The route to the Geiselwind leisure area is very short and can be reached safely via a pedestrian traffic light (the park is directly opposite). As a guest of the Seaside Resort you can go directly (and earlier) to the park with the entrance tickets at the "side entrance". There will be a separate review of the park itself. Finally, we can say that the Seaside Resort is really well designed and laid out and doesn't have to hide from the facilities of other parks.

Our experience at the resort was absolutely exceptional. The accommodations were elegant, the facilities were excellent and the staff provided impeccable service. I highly recommend it for a peaceful and luxurious vacation.

The pirate ship has been equipped with so much attention to detail...Real luxury!2 TVs, large showerComfortable beds, free coffee ☕ and tea..We knew beforehand that there was no kitchen and that it was just an overnight option in order to visit the Geiselwind leisure area for two days.The evening buffet was to die for!!Huge selection, everything fresh and tasty and worth a visit!!We haven't eaten so well in a long time!Likewise the breakfast buffet... something for everyone!Thanks again to the kitchen!The resort is right next to the Geiselwind leisure area.Staff very hard working and friendly!We will definitely come back!

Very nice resort right next to the theme park with its own parking lot. The bungaloes are nice but at least ours didn't have a kitchen. Although it has a small coffee machine and a refrigerator, there are no cooking facilities. We probably naively assumed that a bungalow would have a small kitchenette and that we could prepare dinner ourselves. No. There is virtually no way around the way to the resort's own restaurant, where you also have to have the full buffet (which is very tasty). A la carte is not possible. Otherwise a very nice, new, modern facility.

We stayed at Seaside Resort for 3 nights with our daughter. The facility is very beautiful and of course still in very good condition due to its age. We loved the playroom and the two bouncy castles outside.We had a big pirate ship. The large terrace of the holiday home invites you to linger in the evenings. The air conditioning in the house and the full-fledged refrigerator with ice compartment should be positively mentioned. Unfortunately there were only 4 small water glasses in the house, which is of course not enough. We had a house at the top of the street and in the morning the traffic noise could be clearly heard. This means it's better to have the air conditioning on and the windows closed at night.You also have to know that the nearby highway can be heard constantly in a subliminal manner throughout the entire resort. But it hardly bothered us.The staff was always friendly, courteous and tried hard, and like in the park itself, there seem to be a lot of temporary staff working here, which is noticeable here and there, but completely okay.All in all, the Seaside Resort with breakfast is perfect if you want to visit the park for several days!We'll be back!P.S.: Please introduce an access control (parking tickets for the exit) in the Seaside parking lot. Based on my observations, it seemed to me that due to the unrestricted access (barrier opens automatically or is permanently open during the day), many day visitors to Freizeitland use the parking lot to avoid paying the parking fee at Freizeitland. So the parking lot is permanently very full and in the worst case, Seaside overnight guests will no longer be able to get a parking space!

The resort team exceeded all expectations and made us feel comfortable and satisfied throughout our stay. Your genuine hospitality made us feel very special.

The rooms were clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The food they served was delicious too. Overall it was a great experience being here.
