A very nice vacation, especially for our son. He was in the stable before breakfast and was allowed to help with everything. Everything was clean, the beds were made and there were enough towels. Otherwise we would go to the North Sea, but now our son would rather go to the farm. We'll be back...

In September 2024 with 2 adult children and granddaughter: very disappointing: no care from the farmer's wife, old-fashioned and dusty furnishings, hardly any animals on the farm, and if there are, then very neglected, dangerous objects in the "play barn", dormouse behind the wall paneling.We left after 2 nights even though we had planned 6 nights.Despite repeated requests, my forgotten travel bag has not been returned to this day.In my opinion 1 star is still too much.

I have enjoyed coming to this farm for many years. The holiday apartments are very lovingly furnished and have everything you need. There is a lot to discover on the farm for children, but there are also beautiful places for adults to relax. My parents and I always enjoy coming here.

We as a family of 4 are very disappointed. We actually went to the farm to make our 2.5 year old son happy, unfortunately it was anything but that. On the website it says that it is an adventure farm, we noticed NOTHING about it! When I read here that younger children could do everything like feed animals or help in the stable, I ask myself why my son wasn't allowed to do that. When asked, it was said that he was a little too young and a little too shy. He wasn't even taken by the hand and nothing was shown to him despite the fact that we were alone in the yard, very SAD! We weren't noticed at all in the garden and we just felt completely out of place! This made it dead boring and we left 2 days early. All in all, it was not at all what we had imagined and we will definitely not visit this farm again!!!!

Very nice yard, apartment was great! The welcome was very warm. We really liked it and our junior didn't want to go home. He enjoyed feeding the animals the most. We will definitely vacation there again.

We found it very nice on this farm. Among other things, because the road was closed and only open to local traffic. This meant it was very quiet due to the lack of through traffic. The farmer's wife was very friendly to us and our daughter looked forward to working in the stable every morning. She was able to help bring the cows and goats to the pasture, feed the pigs, take the chickens out of the stable and also take out the freshly laid eggs. Also worth mentioning is the play barn, where my daughter had a lot of fun. The apartment was nice and clean. There was everything you needed, the only thing I missed in the kitchen was a large pot and a large pan.The Rhön is a scenic pearl. We were able to go on nice trips every day and got to see a lot. The journeys were always relatively short. So we were on the Wasserkuppe, in the black moor, in the wildlife park in Gersfeld and in the Auersburg ruins and still had time to relax on the farm. We'll definitely come back.

Nice apartment, clean and large. Enough for small children to play in the stable and animals to feed. (Ponies, pigs, cows, etc.) However, when temperatures are low, the ponies are only in the stable. Otherwise nice little farm.

A wonderful adventure farm, run with a lot of heart by farmer Edith and her husband Gerhard. Our son (22 months) was able to get started straight away with the children's wheelbarrow - feeding cows, feeding pigs... and had a lot of fun! Driving a tractor was also on the agenda - we haven't had such a great holiday in a long time! There is a wonderful family atmosphere here, if you want to get involved you can become a farmer yourself (or just the children) for a holiday. You can also relax wonderfully in the well-kept holiday apartment, the large garden or in the nearby forest. Tann is a beautiful place and there are numerous shopping opportunities just 3 km away by car in Hilders. We'll definitely be back!

A farm with lots of animals. The children can get involved and help in the stable and barn in the morning and evening. Stroking horses, petting cows and going out with the dog is always possible.The operators are warm and open to the little ones. Playground equipped with everything you need, but there's hardly any time for that - the children prefer to play in the barn anyway. Apartments are equipped with everything you need to bake, cook and vacuum at any time.The older children go on tractor trips. Parents have time off here and have to learn to withdraw first. With a bit of luck you can even witness the birth of a calf or kid.Interested children can take part in everything there is to do on the farm.We were there with two children aged 10 and 4 and were very satisfied. Looking forward to next year.PS: Rubber boots are a must for the children.

We were there for a short vacationThe farm itself is good. However, there are a few points of criticism.The holiday apartment we had was equipped with everything you needed. However, the heating in the living room didn't work properly and it was cold. It was also a bit dusty.The owner was friendly. However, if you had any questions, you had to keep looking for them.In addition, the website urgently needs to be revised because the overnight prices do not match.The lounge where the children can play should also be reconsidered.As a suggestion, it might be nice if excursion destinations could also be available in bad weather.
