Brand new, pretty guesthouse in the train station. Great location, nice people, great rooms. The construction site around the house didn't bother us much and the trains passing by - you just have to live with that at a train station. Breakfast is great, right opposite shopping facilities. We were very satisfied.

I was traveling on the Bleichlochtalsperre and was looking for somewhere to stay overnight - but everything was fully booked. That's how I came across the guesthouse - everything was completely new with an outstanding 4-star breakfast - nice conversations at breakfast and a very nice room. WiFi 1a - Free huge parking lot across the street.Great old building - where else can you find something like that - clearly noisy. I was even picked up by the daughter of the house so I wouldn't miss it either! Really great!I'll be back... Opposite is a wellness facility - ideal for the cold season. Greetings from Benture.de

We stayed here for two nights during a short trip in early August. The location very close to the old town was very good, there is a large Edeka and DM directly opposite. The bus stop is right in front of it, you are accommodated in one of the four lovingly designed rooms in the train station building.It was great that the owner, Conny, had previously worked in the tourism industry and could give lots of good tips for excursions in the area.On the day of arrival we were asked straight away whether we had any allergies or any other wishes for breakfast. This was beautifully arranged on a cake stand.The reception was very friendly, the size of the room was very good and there was also enough space in the bathroom.Unfortunately, during our stay there was still a construction site right in front of the house, as the area in front of the building is being redesigned. The free parking lot opposite can be reached with a short walk, luckily we were able to walk through the construction site at the edge. We only had the noise of construction work on one morning, but the windows are very well soundproofed - so we just got up earlier to enjoy the delicious breakfast

If you need little to no sleep, you're in good hands here. The old train station is still in operation and is being heavily rebuilt. The SBahn runs late in the evening and in the morning from 4 a.m. They also like to let the machines warm up.The freight trains also come with a horn blowing.In addition, today the room was 29 ° at 9:30 p.m. and there was no fan. Even after midnight it was still 24°So you could choose to sleep: open the windows to ventilate and the trains felt like they were in the room or you could lie on the bed in your own juice like in a sauna.At 6:30 - 7:00 a.m. the construction machinery in the forecourt finally threw you out of bed.You can also hear every time someone takes water in the house - a roar goes through the walls.Attention getting there: At the moment you have to go through construction fences and unfinished paths and park your car somewhere else. Not suitable for suitcases and trolleys and also poses a risk of falling.Service is very friendly and breakfast without eggs and orange juice was otherwise good - that's why we get the 1 star.Bottom line: not recommended and overpriced
