First of all. The pretzel stick from our own bakery was warm and delicious👌We were very welcome and so were the dogs. Nice people and the holiday apartment served its purposes.Location: A very beautiful environment and the old town is really recommended.Breeding: Very professional and competently written information about Icelandic horses. In addition, the prices of the horses are reasonable. We'd love to come back. The next vacation is safe.

Expectation vs. realityThe apartmentThe apartments are located in a terraced house on the main street, which is accessible from the rear. A narrow wooden staircase leads to the first and second floors. Our apartment had two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The facility is perhaps best described as “functional”. Everything is there and intact, but not particularly fancy. The beds are quite squeaky. The kitchen is adequately equipped. We found it a shame that there really wasn't a single spice or at least coffee filter in stock. You'll also look in vain for soap in the bathroom. The terrainFrom our point of view, a big difference between the description and reality became clear. The advertised barn with darts and table football turned out to be a junk room, the barbecue hut a boarded-up, run-down wooden house. There was also no sandpit as described on the website.Furthermore, we consider it a shame that the description does not indicate that the horses are not kept on the farm or adjacent to it. The description gives the impression of coming into contact with the animals. However, this is only possible on request and two kilometers away. The placeBrauneberg is a small town that actually only consists of one main street. From here, side streets lead to an avenue from which you can get a good view of the Moselle. In the background are the vineyards. There are a few beer gardens and restaurants along the avenue, but I can't say anything about them. There is also a playground. There are certainly more beautiful places on the Moselle. The hosts were friendly and helpful. A bread roll service from our own bakery is offered for a reasonable price. Upon request, we were given a liter of milk for free that we had forgotten. We also received tips about the surrounding area or wine.

Once again had a great holiday here. Very nice accommodations with nice people. It wasn't our first time here and we'll be back! In addition, there seems to be a weather guarantee here in this great environment.
