We stayed here for 1 night but could have happily stayed longer. Lovely location on the riverside and only a short cycle ride from town. Facilities are modern and well maintained, great selection of beer in onsite shop. Pitches have plenty of space and staff are friendly and helpful

Overall great location next to Bernkastel. The biggest issue we had was lack of Wifi across the area . Unable to work from the campsite. The current issue of the Geese is a bit detracting with poop everywhere not much they can do so keep the camp free from food on the ground when you camp and please don't feed them. The areas are clean bathhouse is kept very fresh. The little bistro is not a bad little stop but not a full size restaurant, not enough foot traffic. All and all will be back.

Stayed 2 nights here during a camping trip on the Moselle valley in Mid August, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful despite the fact that neither me nor my wife spoke any German. The facilities were good, including a bar/cafe that served beers and pizzas and offered fresh baked rolls in the morning. The toilet block and showers were cleaned and well maintainedIt is around a 30 minute walk into the very pretty town of Bernkastel-Kues.

The camping pitches are larger than usual, giving the whole set up a spacious feel. The modern facilities, on the other hand, are on the small side. Three sinks to do your dishes and the number of toilets for such a large campsite seem rather limited. We thought that the additional charges on top of the camping fee were rather steep. The friendly lady at the reception claimed that this was all for the city, which seems strange (12 euros for two nights).

Beautiful situated on the river, great staff, helpful and friendly, lots have grass and big trees, restrooms are exemplary clean, bright an inviting, coffee, vine beer, pizza are available.Road across river is not too noisy, mostly quiet during nights. We stayed three nights in the barrel shaped little huts on the waterfront. Very romantic, cozy and also with electric heating. We missed easy access to wireless internet though.

Nice camping by the river. It’s quit expensive and the toilets are quit far away from some point on the camping. We had a small tent and a small car, if we wanted to have both on the spot (41 euro total), or 27 without car (which is still expensive for the space we needed) We were the only ones of the field, so we had plenty space for our car. It will be nice if the camping also encourage people with small tents, not just the big caravans. Still nice camping with good views.
