The apartment is totally quaint. Since this time it was an attic apartment, we had to rethink some points. There is enough space, practical and comfortably furnished. The narrow staircase to the bedroom was really a challenge with full suitcases. Taller people really need to watch their heads when descending. Unfortunately, comfort from the apartment below that we had last year is missing in the kitchen upstairs. You have to provide breakfast yourself, which is normal in an apartment. However, you have to do the washing up by hand, which is not economical in my opinion. Unfortunately, the cutlery wasn't complete, but when we had a problem, someone was there within minutes. Bedding (down) is not possible at all. Pillow was lumpy and I couldn't lie on it well. Balcony was nice, but after rain there are drip deposits

The two of us were there in the Oberland for 6 days and had an apartment on the first floor with a separate small kitchen, separate bathroom, balcony with a partial sea view and a bedroom under the roof. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Despite the limited space of the listed houses, it is pleasantly quiet. Haus Nordlicht is managed from the Hotel Mokka Stuben and there are no problems that have not been solved.There is also a beverage delivery service for refillable drinks.The location in the Oberland, like almost all of Heligoland, is central but quiet. Short distances to everything you need.Please take care of the stair railing, the rope is not optimal!

The apartment house consists of several apartments. The one we were assigned was spread over 2 floors and it was not easy to reach the top floor, especially since I am disabled. The inventory also differed significantly from the description and pictures. The window in the bathroom was leaking and it was raining. Ropes served as stair railings, the attachment of which was poorly doweled into the wall and sometimes wobbled. It was also quite loud here at times.
