Every euro is one euro too many. The house would be worth its current price IF you put the money you earn from renting it into renovations. High renovation and renovation backlog.Every youth hostel is more modern.Not worth the money.

Our weekend trip with two children and four adults on Heligoland was very nice. Nevertheless, we were anything but enthusiastic about the accommodation called “Haus Sweet Home”. For almost €300 for one night, we expected a little more quality on Helgoland. Unfortunately, the holiday home was in a rather poor general condition. There was a musty, musty and damp smell throughout the house. Unfortunately also in the bedrooms. The bathroom in the basement had various traces of mold and other dirt, the water came out of the shower hose everywhere but not where it was supposed to come out. The kitchen gave more of an impression of "please don't touch me, I could fall apart". What was good was that there were a total of 3 toilets and the house offers a lot of space. But that was all. From the window blinds to the beds, the banisters to the taps in the toilets, you just have to say that everything came across as worn and shabby. You just want to make money with this house without ever renovating anything. A complete renovation would be good. Sockets were also in short supply. Definitely not a recommendation. We were happy to be able to leave after one night. The question about refunding money was also rejected.

"Sweet home" is a former guesthouse with many rooms. It's good that up to 10 people can sleep here. However, the rooms are all different and simply furnished. A very, very steep and narrow staircase leads to the attic. There is a shower in the basement. However, the living room is very nice and newly furnished.
