This quaint and historic little hotel is delightful. I stayed for five nights in a cute double room. The bedroom and bathroom are cosy (small) but clean and very comfortable. …

I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone under 1.8m (6'). The staff was extremely welcoming, warm, and helpful. The room was comfortable, if not luxurious. The food in the restaurant was good.  …

Needing a break for a few days and on friends recommendations, we ventured south from Frankfurt for 3 nights here. It's a lovely town with extensive local history, which is highlighted by staying at this 500+ year old refurbished hotel. …

We picked this hotel by chance for a stay of 4 nights and were delighted when we saw the wattle-and-daub building in the middle of the old part of Eberbach. …

Beautiful old house. Room nice. On the 2.floor the bathroom is too small. It's under the roof and has no place to take a shower. The others rooms on the first floor are OK. The restaurant is wonderful as a building and also for food.

I picked a town on the train line and the cheapest hotel room available yet somehow uncovered an absolute delight! The town is picturesque, the hotel is quaint yet delightful and the people are welcoming and helpful. …

I prefer an old family-run German Gasthaus to modern hotels that all look the same. …

I stayed at this very old hotel with my 99 year old father and we liked it a lot. Especially the restaurant where we enjoyed a plentiful breakfast was an experience. The house is from the 1400's and you can still feel the history.
