Perfect garden with a wonderful view. Very peacful place like a heaven. Owner of the restaurant is a kind man and the foods were also delicious with good price. We spent very good time with my friends and we recomend this place to everyone!

Since I didn't live here, I can't rate the holiday accommodation. I went here for coffee and the service was good. We had reserved a table by the water. This is definitely recommended. It's cozy and beautiful. You look directly at the Werra. The staff are polite and quick.

Cozy little coffee with a very nice location by the river. Prices are ok, service is friendly but also a little overwhelmed. Unfortunately, I found the Ahle Schinnplatte a bit expensive at just under €19 for 100g of sausage and 100g of cheese.

We were here - and were very positively surprised. The ambience - located directly on the Werra - leaves nothing to be desired; The Schinkels organic wheat also has a unique taste, simply “star suspicious”. The waitress, the "boss", was very considerate and lenient with the situations and with us - THANK YOU! We had a plate with the so-called Ahle Wurscht, very tasty, especially the bread that went with it had a perfect taste.Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Really great place to relax. Beer garden and cafe directly on the Werra. Reasonable prices. If the staff has settled in a little better after the opening, then nothing should stand in the way of a visit to Ahlen Schinn von Bekki. Highly recommended. Beautiful scenic ambience. If you want, you can let the sun shine on your fur on a deck chair and enjoy life with a nice drink.In any case, you should also try the freshly made dishes, especially the delicious schnitzels and steaks.But you can also enjoy coffee and cake here. The trained barista conjures up a sensational coffee that you absolutely have to drink.You can also celebrate well here. Just ask. Bekki makes almost anything possible.

Very unfortunateThe staff sits like guests in the beer garden, is inattentive and only thought it necessary to clear away the glasses of the previous guests when we had already sat down at the table. If the staff can sit relaxed at the table, I would expect that the tables can also be cleared before new guests arrive.Unfortunately, the “freshly tapped cold Pilsner” that we ordered had no crown and tasted stale. When paying, we were told in a very unfriendly tone that it was bottled beer and that the staff should have informed us about this. When opening a new store I would expect them to use a friendlier tone!Apart from the beautiful location on the Werra, the atmosphere was unfortunately not very inviting. Tables stacked outside, mason jars on a table in the middle of the room inside & a lot of dirty glasses on the counter even though there wasn't much going on. Instead of taking a break, the staff should devote themselves to washing the glasses, etc.!So to sum it up again: unfriendly staff, beer that doesn't taste good and an uncomfortable atmosphere.All in all, I wouldn't recommend it at the moment!

Beautiful outdoor area, delicious (organic) cakes and good coffee. Freshly prepared food, including vegan options and predominantly organic quality.Staff friendly but unfortunately totally overwhelmed by two people on sunny days.With another service person the fifth star would also be deserved.

Simply great, the people are super nice, the ambience right on the Werra is unbeatable. You can even dock by boat. There are smart drinks, also Schinkel's organic beer and a small selection of cakes and food, which is mainly organic and always lovingly and very tasty in terms of taste. Prices are also reasonable. A feel-good place to recommend
