Unfortunately there aren't many options for eating out... it's a shame for a pilgrimage. Otherwise overnight stay was very nice. We were very happy about the little shop, otherwise it would have been difficult to eat and drink. Very nice staff there

Very simple rooms. Blankets could have been a little bigger. Didn't sleep so well. But the breakfast made everything better again.

Kudos to the municipality's employees and the municipality of Klausen itself, who look after this wonderful hostel in Klausen. The extremely friendly ladies from the village shop where you get your key also deserve a special mention. After 26 km on the Moselle Camino, we were warmly welcomed here and had a great night. Rooms and dormitory are clean and perfect.

A real pilgrim hostel on the Eifel Camino - with multi-bed rooms of different sizes. It's great that the community and the villagers take care of the guests. Particularly noteworthy is the village shop with good baked goods and tempting cakes. The beds and washrooms are great. The pilgrimage church and the old monastery garden are worth seeing. The restaurants in the neighborhood are friendly, especially. a. the pizzeria surprises with its sophisticated cuisine.

Dear pilgrim brothers and pilgrim sisters,I hereby request the money back for night 2 of 2 because our key was cheekily stolen from the safe and left in the village shop. However, this meant that I was able to sleep in bed with a very attractive woman (hehe). That's at least 2 stars.P.S. If you long for the smell of frying fat, visit Ute 😘Tüdeleü and see you next time

Great hostel on the Moselle Camino. One of the few inexpensive accommodations for pilgrims in the region. New furnishings, modern, spotlessly clean, completely quiet. Friendly staff. Shopping in the attached store. Directly opposite is a restaurant with outdoor dining for hungry pilgrims. Highly Recommended! The reservation is made (as of summer 2020) via the municipal administration, so don't be surprised if emails are not answered immediately, e.g. on the weekend, answers will only be given during office hours. So wait, the answer will come. The hostel could not be reached by phone on the weekend and there was no answering service. We found it a shame that the hostel is not listed on booking portals; many pilgrims on the Camino didn't even know it, which is a real shame. As already described above, the reservation is somewhat complicated and lengthy.
