Wonderful holiday home!Very cozy, clean, good beds and fully equipped! We had a very nice stay here for 5 days. We were happy with the tasteful furnishings and good TV with Netflix. Location is nice for walking and not too far to go skiing in Winterberg (25 minutes by car). Friendly landlords, Thank you!(We only found the church bells every morning on holiday at 6:30 to be annoying after a broken night with a coughing toddler..)Greetings Jonker family

The holiday home is great. You can easily start your hikes from Dreislar, the place itself is wonderfully quiet.The house was very clean and is very lovingly furnished. The self-made furniture in the bedroom and bathroom as well as the self-made decoration make the interior very cozy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (coffee machine, coffee pad machine, kettle, toaster, microwave with grill function, etc., there were even wheat glasses). The garden bench was also great; we used it more than the terrace(s) (there are deck chairs, grill, patio furniture). We had a wonderful stay and would come back at any time. Thanks to the Kappen family, it was very nice in your holiday home.

Super friendly and attentive landlords. High-quality furnishings, including pine wood. Very well equipped kitchen. Clean and light-flooded rooms. Ideal starting point for wonderful hikes. If you want to switch off, this is the right place for you. We'll be back :-)

We came across this wonderful holiday home for our 14-day holiday with a toddler and infant.Very clean, comfortably furnished, well equipped, modern TVs and stable internet, as well as an inviting terrace and a garden in which we even had a sandpit set up.We were also provided with a travel cot, a high chair, a toilet seat and a small step stool for our children.The location is rural, in just a few minutes you can walk to a beautiful wellness area (barefoot path, pedal pool, sun loungers, etc.) and there is a shaded playground in the village center.The hosts are very friendly, helpful and reliable and, especially during the Corona period, when vacation is/was still uncertain, very cooperative and available to answer any questions.We can only recommend this holiday home and were able to relax and enjoy the time here.

Very well equipped and lovingly furnished holiday apartment. Everything necessary (towels, bed linen and some consumables) was available. Very friendly hosts. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Addendum to the review from July 11, 2021When asked about the rating of the place, we chose four stars and read in our review that the LOCATION of the holiday home was rated that way. We would like to correct this, as the location of the Chalet am Scheidt deserves at least 5 stars, as many hiking trails are within walking distance and the location can be rated as very relaxing overall..., best regards...☺️

We had a great week of vacation in the Charlet am Scheidt:-The house is very lovingly furnished and decorated-everything was clean and tidy-We were provided with a cot and a high chair for our 1.5 year old son-The parents' bed is not only beautifully designed, but also incredibly comfortable-The entire apartment can be darkened with roller shutters-very nice and modern bathroom including soap, toilet paper...-Lovingly landscaped garden and parking space right in front of the door-Wifi and SmartTV worked perfectly-fully equipped kitchen including rags, sponges, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing detergent tablets, kitchen roll, salt, pepper, oil...-friendly and helpful landlordsWe were very satisfied with the accommodation and would come back at any time!...we just had to get used to the sound of the bells from the church tower opposite in the morning :-)We were
