was there for 3 days with my 84 year old mother; because of the stairs we had a double room in the foyer; clean room with external blinds, which was perfect given the fierce temperatures around 30°C; a nice, bright, clean bathroom (the height of the bathtub entry was just about right for my mother); nice landlady who always tries hard with helpful tips for excursions; Breakfast sufficient and as ordered upon arrival, repeat orders or changes no problem; unfortunately our room didn't have its own refrigerator; However, we were able to store our food and drinks (including medicines) in the lower area of ​​the refrigerator at reception; cozy terrace directly on Lake Röblin; Upon request there were cushions for the garden chairs; and the landlady did everything she could to fulfill the guests' wishes despite the lack of staff; She has just been doing breakfast all by herself in the morning so that everyone gets their breakfast - hats off to the landlady 👏it was permitted and even encouraged to sit on the terrace with your own drinks and food during the day and/or evening and enjoy the lake view, especially the sunset;and to the eternal complainers - if you expect a 5 star hotel, you should also book a 5 star hotel🤨There is a lot to discover around Fürstenberg, not just for adults, but also for explorers big and small; Active holidaymakers will get their money's worth here - whether by bike or on foot by land, all options are also open to water lovers; We took the 5 lakes tour with the SEAGULL - here too a compliment to the captain and his 2 women crew👍all in all a successful summer short vacation; Even if you book with breakfast only, there are plenty of restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, snack bars, etc. to choose from; Everything worth seeing is well signposteda tip to the city of Fürstenberg; More benches and trash cans should be installed along the "promenade" in the Röblinsee settlement and the few old benches need a new coat of paint...

The people are very warm and nice, the view is breathtaking, the panorama of the lakes unfolding beyond you; breakfast is homely and best of all, you are right at the lake if you prefer canoeing/ swimming as we did. The cherry on the cake, we were offered free Ice-cream :) that's always great!

A small, fine guesthouse with nine rooms. Upon arrival, the hostess will ask about your breakfast wishes. This means there is nothing left over at the buffet. We think this variant is good, especially these days. Rooms have been renovated and are clean. In summer you can have a wonderful breakfast outside on the terrace (view of the lake). The guesthouse has its own jetty with boats for rent. Location is a little outside, center on foot in 20 minutes. We would come again.

However, I think that a conversation with the landlady certainly helped to clarify things (see picture).My impression was definitely positive! The owner and staff are very friendly, help wherever they can and give tips for your stay.Due to Corona there is no buffet, but when you check in you will be asked what you would like for breakfast. Of course, you can reorder at any time. For me and my girlfriend, the breakfast was completely sufficient, beautifully prepared and extremely tasty and varied. Especially the scrambled eggs!Our room was cleaned every day and was well maintained and comfortable from the first day. The double bed was also sufficiently wide and comfortable. We had a room with a lake view, highly recommended. Unfortunately, the rooms with balconies were already gone.The location right on the lake is really great! There is even a private jetty where you can rent your own boats. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the center. And to be honest, I prefer that to living there on the B96.All in all, I give it five stars and a clear recommendation!
