I booked this hotel since I needed a room for one night only and this one was convenient located near the railwaystation. ||Room was a bit small and beds a bit worn. Bathroom was good. …

It's a pity that this perfect location next to Havel is not used in a better way. The rooms on basement are either very dark (no. 9) or are facing parting area (no. 8). However, the price is fare and breakfast is very good.

Stayed in this hotel as part of a cycle trip. The accommodation was terrible - dated rooms, broken showers, no ventilation in the rooms as the windows don't open and there is no ventilation in the bathrooms. …

The room and bathroom are ok, there is a bicycle shed. The breakfast excellent. A table directly on the banks of the Havel invites you to linger. The supply of drinks is ensured by a refrigerator that is always accessible.

The house is actually ideally located, unfortunately from the outside it seems better than it is. The furnishings are already past their best and the veranda leading to the rooms and the stairs have not seen a broom for a long time! You have to be careful at Oberst, there's a wasp's nest in the roof. You have to work for the friendliness of the breakfast lady! Always wish a wonderful good morning out loud and it will work🤩.The breakfast is manageable but it is enough. We stayed here for 4 days and overall it was good.Except that we should have told the cleaner when she had to clean our room! We found that a little absurd, but it's not a hotel, just a guesthouse, even if it says otherwise.

The location directly on the Havel is great. The room was simple but clean, the same goes for the bathroom. The breakfast was very simple but sufficient.Justifiable for one or two nights. I cannot recommend a longer stay.

We were guests at Haus an der Havel for 6 days. The location was particularly beautiful, but we have never felt as unwelcome as we did here. It was very impersonal, you are just a paying guest. …

The house is located directly on the Havel. The rooms are very small. Setup very easy. The windows cannot be opened, but there is a strange ventilation system. Ceiling lighting broken, bathroom door stuck and squeaked. Everything is very noisy, you can hear everything from the neighbor!!!! Breakfast very simple and little choice. 2 rolls. p. P., otherwise bread, a cup of coffee p. P., if you want more, 1.50 euros extra. Canned fruit. Staff, a service person present briefly, no good morning, no goodbye, not a word. The main thing is that you leave the room on time by 10 a.m. OK for a night's sleep, definitely not a vacation.

We were here with a group of cyclists. The rooms are simply furnished but clean. There could be more sockets, in times of chargers for cameras, cell phones etc. you need a power strip here. …

We really liked it here. Great for water hikers and cyclists. Yes the rooms are simple but comfortable. Uncomplicated check in. Nice staff, the breakfast was tasty. We felt comfortable and would happily recommend it to others.
