Delicious food, from homemade lime gnocchi to fresh caught fish— this lovely inn served amazing meals that adults and kids loved. The bedrooms are super clean and each have a tv, a private bath, and the breakfast each morning was plentiful with eggs, fresh rolls with jam, a variety of cheeses, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit... This place is an amazing find in saxony, perfect for a family vacation. Great for kids, vegetarians, visitors to Bastei, Elbe river and beyond. Nice day trip from Dresden or Prague.

We are absolutely thrilled with this great inn. 🤩We went there spontaneously and got a table even without a reservation! (Although we will definitely make a reservation next time!)About the food: We have rarely eaten so well! Everything was fresh, crunchy and delicious. You can tell that a lot of passion and skill goes into cooking here! Thank you for this culinary delight. Our son would give you 12 stars instead of “only” 5 stars. 😉The owners are also absolutely nice and friendly people - and it's easy to talk to them. The many little funny sayings on cards and/or menus also add to the charm of the inn.We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to it!

We came for dinner at short notice without a reservation.It was possible without any problems.Food and drinks were prepared with attention to detail.We and our children really enjoyed it and enjoyed it.Thanks for that.

The rating is aimed at the restaurant.Although we come from Saxon Switzerland, we were not previously familiar with the inheritance court. Since the location where my fiancée and I are getting married gets its food from here, we wanted to test the food. When we discovered the outstanding reviews, we were very surprised and made a reservation.The staff and service were very good and the ambience suited us to the village location in Saxon Switzerland. It is quaint, rustic and attractive; a modern, colorful atmosphere would absolutely not fit here.The dishes we ordered were:- Ulbersdorfer game soup- Bruschetta with tomatoes- Venison ragout- stuffed chicken breastAll the dishes were fresh and prepared with love, and we were both very impressed with the taste. As far as prices are concerned, we absolutely agree for this quality. All in all, you can only give this 5 stars and hope that the hereditary court in Ulbersdorf will remain as it is for a long time.We would love to come back!!!
