We spent our family vacation with the children (0 and 2 years) at the Erharthof. It was a really great week! The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything needed. The children's equipment includes not only travel cots and high chairs, but also fall protection, baby bathtubs, buggies, toilet seats, cribs and much more. The playground is an absolute child's dream. Our highlight was the self-built ship. Thanks to the large trees, there is always a place in the shade, even for the little ones. Pedal vehicles and Kettcars are available in every size and variety. The indoor playroom also has everything a child could desire. From Legos, building blocks, books, painting corners, to board games, billiards, table tennis and table football. The farm is very well maintained and the stables are open at all times. So we were able to wish the ponies good morning before breakfast in the morning. The family was very nice, warm and helpful. We got great tips for excursions. It was a very nice interaction with the other guests and we would love to come back!

We, parents and 4 children aged 3,5,11 and 13, had a great week on the farm. The little ones were thrilled by the large selection of pedal vehicles, the many animals and the huge playground. And the grown-ups had fun in the fun room with table tennis, table football and billiards. So all wishes were fulfilled. The little ones loved looking after the animals and the pony rides were always a great highlight. The tractor ride in particular was a great way to end it.Our holiday home was clean and tidy and everything you needed was there. The location is also great. In a manageable amount of time you can quickly reach Munich, but also Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the Zugspitze with Eibsee and the beautiful Partnachklamm. We were also able to borrow bikes for free and explore the sound path and moor adventure trail. There are simply many beautiful destinations that can be reached in a short time.We had a perfect week that left nothing to be desired and we look forward to seeing you again.

Since many positive things have already been written here about the innkeepers, the apartments, the farm itself and the playground (and rightly so), I would like to report on our experiences with the farm animals and riding. In contrast to a negative review in this regard, we also had extremely positive experiences with our granddaughters: our little ones were allowed to feed the animals themselves, help the pony girls look after the horses and ride regularly. It was offered three times a week and was also possible if one of the young women was on site. The girls were extremely kind and patient, willingly responded to the children's questions and requests - and the little ones were not only shown around the house twice (as had been criticized in the review). Even our two year old was put on taco and was very proud of it! If several children wanted to ride, they all got their turn one after the other... and with a little patience there was also a second tour if the wish was expressed.I have particularly fond memories of Lisa, who a) is an excellent rider herself and b) was very friendly and patient with her little “customers”.A big thank you for that!

Unfortunately we cannot give such a positive review. The best thing about this farm is the playground. But €150 per day for the Garden Rose house with outdated bathrooms is definitely too much. The fridge that is far too small and only works to a limited extent for 5 people - the dishwasher that doesn't really work so you have to do the washing up - no living room just a kitchen with a corner bench... it's too expensive and absolutely too expensive for that not contemporary! Help on the farm??? I don't know when or for what, we hardly saw any of the hosts. Campfire or program, none here either - there wasn't a single item on the program, we're still waiting for the guest tickets today. Pony riding here means that three times a week little girls come and lead the children 50 meters along the path and back. Not even 5 minutes yet. Afterwards, the horses are ridden by the girls themselves and parked again without grooming or cleaning their hooves. Which results in unkempt horses with moldy hooves. We don't need to drive 400 km or spend €1,500 for a great playground. Plus the tourist tax totaling €1,600. For us, as a family with a grandchild, this was unfortunately not what we expected. We have comparisons and know how great a holiday on a farm and/or family farm can be. That wasn't the case here.

We visited our friends here on vacation and fell in love with the farm. So our holidays here next year are set.A fantastic location: a huge playground with a stream, a climbing ship, numerous pedal vehicles, free-roaming chickens and ducks... a fire pit... a fantastic view of the mountains, a large stable with horses, goats and rabbits... So Children and parents immerse themselves in the ease of country life...

This is once again a difficult review, because on the one hand I want to tell you the truth, on the other hand it will be even more difficult to get an apartment there 😀. The yard is very nice and also has a nice location. The playground/garden is absolutely amazing. Starting with the small stream that flows through, to the self-built climbing sailing ship to the barbecue area... Great and beautiful. The family there is also very nice and helpful. The apartment was relatively new and absolutely sufficient. By the way: driving a tractor here doesn't even mean crossing the yard, but rather across Kochel to mow... Highly recommended!
